Delivery delay, no communication, misleading tracking, supposedly a UK company but items come from the USA or China !!

I purchased a small, light, item on the UK site that would easily fit in a small jiffy bag on 23/06/2025, it is now 22/07/2025, no sign of the item for a month, no replies to emails querying the delays.

In the tracking the item has taken 11 steps, with several days delay between steps to get from the supplier in the USA to Belfast where it arrived two days ago on 20/07/2025.

I purchase items from all over the world, many much larger and heavier than this and have never come across delays such as this or such a pathetic customer service.

Tomorrow the delay will be a full month and with no communication nor reply to my emails, I'll be issuing a bank chargeback.

Horrendous company.
Do not stick to the policies they claim to have. Contact clearly comes from Abroad due to the use of language and the times emails are sent.
Despite claiming items could be returned if not suitable they then said too expensive to return to China and therefore I should keep the items.
Despite multiple emails they ignored and never paid a refund.
Fake, rude, horrendous to deal with and am pretty sure any positive reviews are fake.
Be very careful and don't rely on your money back if your items are not suitable.

BEWARE !!!AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T SEND THE GOODS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS JUST FOR 2 EYELINERS.. THEY SEND YOU FAKE TRACKING THAT GOES TO IRELAND THEN STOPS..

Never got to return the items as they say is too expensive to return and nevevr got any refund even tho their policy says different on the website before you buy:

Very dissapointing experience and such a waste of money and time talking to then trying to sort out return and refund. I wiss I checked the store before ordering. Just another scam. I do not advice buying from it.

I placed an order in January and after weeks of waiting with no tracking updates I reached out only to be met with excuses and silence, they eventually claimed it was delivered but I never received it so asked for a refund and was offered a pathetic £3 on a £30 order, offered to keep the item despite me insisting on a return, then vanished again—I’m now disputing with my bank as it feels like an absolute con and a total waste of time.

Had to give one star to access the review section.
This company is supplying goods made from shockingly poor quality fabric and sending incorrect sizes.
Having complained and complied with several sets of photographs and many emails rejecting their pathetic offers ranging from £2 to £4 they have now gone silent and stopped responding.
How is it possible that this company is still being allowed to operate on Facebook??

I have put one star just so I can write a review. What con this is you pay them more than they advertise the item at. Then dont deliver. Emails back and forth with tracking number. They tell you its at your local post office. No it isnt. So now its been returned to them. If I still want my order I have to pay them again.

I'm going to continue to put in this review until I get a refund not a 4 pound refund offer. I would encourage others to to the same.

The worst company and product I ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Under no circumstances buy a bra from them. I ordered very carefully the correct size and after weeks received 3 huge pieces of foamy material sewed together calling itself a bra.
Not so.
If you stay stationary and don't move your arms you can wear the said piece of over sized material, otherwise it moves up and you can wear it under your chin.
Not a good look. They are enormous and have no support or structure.

Made a complaint via email numerous times.
1st ignored
2nd offered 2 pound refund
3rd asked to send back evidence in photos
4th asked to pass them on to some other sucker who would like to wear their underwear under their chin....
A shocking product and even worse customer service
Do not touch them, scammers
I'm reporting them to the CCPC

Minus 1 star!!! Do not waste your money and consequential time buying from mini-stores.uk. I bought a dress with attached shorts for my daughter which kept popping up on my social media. Looked cute, English people advertising and I thought it would be great for Summer. The attached (only at the front) shorts were advertised as convenient and easy to remove when going to the toilet. I ordered on the 23rd of May and it arrived on the 1st of July. Watching my daughter trying to get her leg high enough to put the shorts on with the dress on was very comical but it was quickly apparent that the item was not as described or fit for purpose as she couldn't get the shorts on or off whilst wearing the dress. I emailed the seller explaining the issue and requesting their returns address and then the back and forth emails started with we will compensate you £3 and you keep the item - no thanks. £5 and you keep the item? - no thanks, I would like a full refund. The response was that their returns address is in China with a cocky last sentence of "if you find that the cost of shipping is too high then we will compensate you £5".
They know that the cost of shipping to China is more than the item (about £30). I also realised that my order total was £19.98 including delivery but I had been debited £24.98 so they had committed fraud.
I opened a claim with PayPal explaining that the item was not fit for purpose and their advertising is misleading (having uk in the Web address) plus it does not say anywhere on their website that returns are to China. The response from the seller was simply to return the item to China for a full refund 🙄
and the only option for response was to supply postage tracking information.
I called PayPal who were very helpful and within 5 minutes had closed the claim in my favour so I got a full refund without having to return the item.
I honestly don't know how these companies get away with it!

WARNING: I don't even rate this company at all. They should not get any stars. If you buy something from them and the product is faulty, poor quality or just don't fit you, do not expect to be able to send them back as the company will just keep giving you excuses as to why they won't except them. They will then ignore all your request and ignore your emails. BE WARNED, THEY ARE AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY OUT TO MAKE MONEY BUY SELLING POOR QUALITY GOODS.

Can I not give zero stars. Purchased back in April some bra tops but they never arrived. Trying to get a refund but they keep saying goods delivered and we can’t issue a refund.
I said in an email back to them “it’s funny how in this instance that the customer is WRONG and not in the right.
I will be going to my bank and getting my money back from them. I’ve tried to say that I’ve been in hospital for 3.5 weeks after nearly dying and even that hasn’t worked. And yes I had a heart attack. !!!!

I finally had another email from them. They said I had got what I ordered, which was true in that I got 3 bra's. Not true in the fact that they were not the correct sizing, as I've never heard of a size 3XXX in bra's.
I was then told that I could give them away and buy some more. While I donate a lot to charity, I wouldn't be sure they would fit anyone as the whole sizing of them is wrong. They bag terribly under the arms and would not offer anyone the support they need, even if the cup size was ok for someone.
I will continue giving them negative reviews to prevent others falling for their scams.

The product took months to arrive and then bore no resemblance at all to the description. The bras were not the right size at all and were just poor quality.

I wish that I'd read these reviews before ordering. The item delivered did not resemble what I ordered at all. Supposed to be loose fitting cool shorts. What came were tiny, tight and almost see through they were that thin. After reading these reviews I guess there's not much use in trying to send them back. Total rob dogs

I have tried returning a swimming costume that doesn’t fit. All I get is ridiculous compensation offers £2!! And how they will let the manufacturer know there is an issue. I’ve continually asked for a return address and they ignore that and I get a nonsense response. It’s infuriating

Do not order from this company! I ordered the dress with shorts which looked great. When I received too small. Contacted them to get refund and return and won't let me only offering £5. Said right item was sent. The obviously have no idea what sizes are

I bought some bra's following their size guide, unfortunately they were too small. When I contacted them about returning the items, they were unhelpful and offered a £2 refund on an order of £24. Very unsatisfactory. Don't use this company.

Waited weeks for.eye liner which were totally unusable. They are dry, colourless, and drag the skin. When I emailed to requested a refund and sent a picture of the lack of.colour when attempting to apply, they offered £1. I told them this is an insult, they did not reply, so I am doing a review which is my first time, as I'm so annoyed.

If I could do NO stars at all I would...like with the previous reviewer….. I have also received two eyeliners 1 month after ordering!!!! and they certainly weren’t worth the wait, both had completely dried out, I had to constantly sharpen them as they kept breaking…..I’ve now got two stubs of two eyeliners,that are supposed to be blendable and of a creamy consistency none of which is true, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY.

Please do not buy.
They are there to Scam.
