This company has taken nearly £40,from me in May , I still don't have the items.The tracking information is bogus.If the things do arrive, I know from your reviews on here , they are a con.I only wish I'd looked at trust pilot first.😞. PayPal isn't helpful sometimes it seems they don't want to help to stamp out these bogus companies.

Given 0ne star. Does not merit one. Worst online company I have dealt with in years.
Eyeliners finally arrived after weeks of order updates pestering me. Unusable as dried out
Then final insult offered £2 comp

If I could give a minus rating I would. I placed my order on 29th May for 2 waterproof eyeliners! They keep telling me to be patient 😳
Still not arrived on 2nd July They’ve used every excuse in the book to avoid refunding me.
Very poor service DO NOT USE

First of all over changed me and had to give me partial refund, had to wait nearly 4 weeks for delivery they were blaming everything and anything. Finally got the two chargers and really poor quality no leads to charge and when fully charged don’t even charge one iPhone from 40% to 70%, I have sent 4 emails and iMessages via FB and no contact, I paid via PayPal so going via dispute resolution, save your money and hassle and don’t buy from them

Terrible.. do not order from here. They sent a completely different item to what I ordered and it was cheap quality, randomly sized. Avoid at all cost.

Do not use this supplier at all. If I could give minus stars I would! Ordered bras in 36D & a 4XL arrived which would fit a 44/46”!!!! Their mistake in sending the incorrect size & refused to send pre paid return label to return, instead they offered me an insulting £3 compensation & keep the rubbish product that is not fit for purpose. Many emails tooing & froing later I gave up as their customer service is just so incompetent!! I wouldn’t touch this supplier with a barge pole!!! Lesson learnt!

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. POSSIBLY THE WORST ONLINE SITE IVE EVER USED. STILL NO PRODUCT, OBVIOUSLY THEY TOOK THE MONEY EONS AGO WHEN I ORDERED.

Ordered a coffee machine. Waited months for it to arrive while being given endless excuses about delivery delays. They claimed to have repeatedly tried to deliver my parcel which was a lie because I checked the CCTV. Today they randomly sent me this:
“ We're so sorry for this. But please understand that we can't receive the parcel when you refused the delivery. Thus, a refund can't be granted.”
THIS IS A SCAM SITE - AVOID !!!

I have the same problem as everyone else on this site. £28.22 for 3 bras that are not sized as advertised. I have raised the issue with PayPal and they will refund if I send package to China. This would cost me £22.38 and tbh I think I’d be throwing more money away as the company are rogues. I’ve tried to speak to a human on PayPal but only getting an automated voice which means I can’t explain the problem. If anyone can tell me how to speak to a person I’d be most appreciative.

My story is the same as previous ones.....being offered 6.00 for a 28.00 buy on bra's....they don't want me to return them just except there 6.00....which I said i want to return but I want the Buckinghamshire address not china..... I am.gettimg no where fast so going to try goimg through paypal....I cant believe I didn't check reviews first....

Rude, arrogant and an absolute joke of a company. Ordered a bra which was unsuitable and I wanted to return the items and asked for a fund. The items cost £17 and apparently due to Trump's tariffs and over a week of negotiations, they can only offer a maximum of £6.

I really wish I’d seen this before buying from this company which I thought was uk based by the name. Turns out it in CHINA.
I purchased cream that was supposed to cover blemishes but basically I received moisturiser. £24.44. Contacted PayPal was offered £3 goodwill gesture which was absolutely pointless as it still didn’t do what I had purchased it for. They said I could have a full refund on return of the product this is when I found out it was not a uk company and would cost me a further £17 to return. I will never purchase anything from this fraudulent misleading company again and I will make sure other people are made aware

This company is a scam

Pity there isn't a zero or even minus rating that you can give. Ordered artificial flowers on 14 April. Lots of updated emails regarding their journey. Apparently they were in the UK by the end of April but nothing received. I have contacted Mini Stores who said they couldn't offer a refund as the goods had been despatched but would chase the company. So that's the last I'm going to see of my £19.99, I reckon. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Awful company. I ordered 3 bras, which were dreadful. They were thin and flimsy offering no support at all and creating a mono-boob. I contacted them for a refund and they offered £2. I paid £29.47. Many emails later, with offers of £4 £6 £8 then finally £10, I contacted Paypal. They referred me to Zero-Miracle, the company who took my payment (ironic name...). ZERO-Miracle eventually offered a full refund but said i had to return the items to China. I was not prepared to do this as the mailing address in the packaging was in Iver, Buckinghamshire UK. I struggled to progress this with Paypal online, so I phoned them. After explaining the problem, the very helpful lady came back to me to say that i needn't return the items and that she would arrange a full refund.
I would recommend phoning Paypal rather than battling cases online, it is far easier.
Do NOT order from this company.

This is clearly a scam unfortunately I didn't check Trust Pilot first to realise this. I ordered the bras, checked the sizing and returns policy, before hand. The invoice and amount they took from my credit card did not match. I was over charged £8. Had to query it and raise it with Credit card company. They sorted that out. Then when the bra's arrived, the sizing is completely out. No way they would fit anyone. When I asked to return them, I was told the expense for returning would be so much they would just refund me £2. I refused so they upped to £4, then £6 then a final offer of £10. I've pointed out that they are misadvertising and as such I would like a full refund and nothing less. I've also sent them a copy of their advertisement saying refunds guaranteed.

Also now notice that the leave a review button on their site is not a link - just fake reviews.

Don't buy from this company!!!

This company do NOT honour their refund guarantee. Ordered 3 bras for £19.99 which do not fit. On top of that, they overcharged me. I opened a query with PayPal & had to liaise with an entirely different company, who did refund the difference in cost. However, Mini-Stores claim to be a UK company but to return the goods would cost £19.38 because they go to China, but I only paid £2.99 for delivery? I have sent numerous emails and after offering me £9 compensation, they are now ignoring my request to issue the £9. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Customer services extremely poor. Sizing is all wrong. On contacting them the response was “ we can assure you that our products are absolutely up to standard. Sorry for what happened. We really tried our best to solve this for you.” This is definitely not the case, they have not addressed the issue at all and I have had to go through PayPal for a refund as they have not provided any way of refunding the item despite it being being offered as an option pre-sale.

If I could give a MINUS score I would. Terrible company.
I ordered bras size 36H, what arrived were size 5XL, not cup size specific. The cups on the ones sent are at best a C cup and the band is enormous. They took £27.48 instead of the £21.98 they invoiced me. I have asked them to refund and been told I got what I ordered and should pass them to someone else who they will fit!!!! Three of my friends and family have tried them and all say the same, they are awful, with big "Dog ears" sticking out at the sides. I am now hoping Paypal will help me get my money back.

Well apparently my parcel was delivered to my address, but it wasn’t it was left in a bin store that wasn’t mine. After numerous emails of excuses I have now been told it’s my problem and I have to take it up with the courier. Pretty sure that’s not how it works. Don’t bother ordering.
