Seems a common theme with reviews. Earbuds prematurely stopped working. Got through to customer service, sent videos of problem etc. They agreed to replace, saying another area would arrange, but after numerous follow ups, no response.

I have been chasing up a replacement for faulty ear buds for the last 5 months. Mifo keeps saying they are onto it, yet nothing happens. Avoid this company!!!

Mifo are the worst company ever and should be avoided. Their products are terrible quality and break straight away, if they ever worked at all. They will not replace or refund even after threats of legal action - they just ignore you. Victoria has put out a public warning about the company and the NSW Department of Fair Trading is unable to contact them, so will do nothing. Yet they are still trading!!!! Its all a big scam that they have been getting away with for years. Avoid at all costs

By far the worst consumer experience ever. I have been waiting a year for a refund for the sleep earbuds because they are cheap and don’t do what they’re advertised to do - wear whilst you sleep. Terrible product and horrific customer service. I’m sure they just waited for me to give up as I expect they do with everyone. Do not buy anything from this company.

I like that they are straightforward. No overcomplicated nonsense, just a comfortable pair of earbuds with reliable battery life. The bass could be a little fuller for my taste, though most people would probably be quite happy with them.

I reckon the strongest part is convenience. The case is compact, the earbuds are quick to connect, and they are ready to go whenever I need them. For walks, housework, and shorts calls, they have been excellent.

The order process was easy and shipping was fine. Once they arrived, I found the build quality good, but the audio leaned more towards practical than exciting. Best for routine use in my view.

Beauty. I have used them every day this week and they have not missed a beat.

Initial purchase of headphones was ok but broke after a few months. they acknowledged the warranty claim but then ghosted with no action. Has been 2 months with multiple f/ups with them. Note Fair Trading (NSW and VIC) has a 'do not use' warning out on them which can be found with a google search.

Avoid Mifo at all costs

My headphones failed in under two months, and although Mifo agreed to replace them under warranty, the replacement never arrived. After a few emails, customer service simply ghosted me. A warranty is worthless if a company won't honour it, and based on my experience, Mifo's after-sales support is non-existent. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a company that actually stands behind its products.

Good product overall. The sound is clear, the work nicely for calls when I am out and about. Lost a star only because I had a small hiccup getting both earbuds to connect the first time.

The earbuds are serviceable and the battery is a strong point. I just did not get that wow felling from the sound. For causal use they are decent, but I would not call them outstanding.

Like almost every other Mifo customer - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I needed to replace my earbuds for running and wanted to support an Australian business. They were faulty from the start and long story short - as soon as I wanted to return them correspondence slowed, delay tactics applied, then stopped altogether despite threatening legal action.

In the end decided it simpler to just dispute the transaction via my bank and of course the evidence is overwhelming so found in my favour.

They are a disgusting bunch of people deliberately ripping Australians off. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and entirely unAustralian. They have none of your interests at heart and seek only to extract as much of your hard earned as they can. F*** these guys and spend your money elsewhere, and save yourself the time and heartache trying to undo a purchase of a sub-standard product.

They are okay. I use them mostly for YouTube and phone calls and they do that well enough. For music, I wanted a bit more depth, but they are still handy for everyday use.

Purchased a Walkabout DualView 3 Wireless Doorbell Camera. Product states "Extended Battery Life – Up to 120 days of use on a single charge with a powerful 4400mAh rechargeable battery" Battery life was less than 4 days. Mifo are virtually uncontactable and if I coudl give zero stars I would. No contact number and constant inaction. Recommend avoid this organisation

I bought Mifo after comparing a few options and I am glad I did. They feel well made without being bulky, the case charges them quickly, and the comfort has been better than I expected. It is the sort of product you stop thinking about because it just fits into your routine.

Absolute POS company with THE WORST customer service I have EVER seen.

Earbuds were decent except a bluetooth connectivity problem where they would connect twice EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to use them (with any device). After trouble-shooting with their support I was advised to return them for repair...

9 MONTHS LATER they advise because I returned them (barely) outside of their 30 day warranty period that they wouldn't refund me but would replace them.

It's been another 4 months since then and I still haven't received anything.

Correspondence is near impossible as you can't phone or contact them online, only email and they will literally take MONTHS to respond and MOST responses aren't even progressing the issue, just an acknowledgement of the email.

Oh and I've tried to leave a review on their own website twice now (once 6 months+ ago and once recently) but neither have actually made it up. Surprise surprise.

Pretty happy with these. They look neat, they are simple to carry around, and the sound is clean. I am taking off one star because the setup guide could be a bit clearer for anyone not used to wireless earbuds.

DO NOT BUY FROM MIFO!!! The earbuds I purchased haven't worked well from the first moment of use. They drop out, lose connection constantly, and are a lesser product than my $40 cheapy earbuds. I have been trying to get a refund for 9 months, since Oct 2025. They generally respond to an email after weeks of follow-ups, with a "apologies for the frustration this must be causing - you are a priority", then nothing. I have now been waiting for the promised return label to be sent for 11 weeks. (Perhaps if sent by email it would only take a minute?)
Mifo has the feel of a scam. Taking your money, then (almost) disappearing.
I have put in a complaint to the ACCC.
Avoid Mifo!!!

Paid $200 for Dash cam and after 5 weeks still have not received the product.
After writing 15 emails was finally promised a refund - Well that hasn't occurred after 2 weeks. Going through my financial institution to get a reverse transaction.
This it would appear to be the most corrupt and dishonest company I have ever dealt with online.
