Wanted to replace the old pair that hubby used - tried to buy a new set, but after placing the order & paying for it, I received nothing.. no order & nothing but AI generated responses.. Very disappointed in the whole process.
To date, no refund. I've had to go to my bank to reclaim my money.

I bought a DualView Walkabout 3 doorbell camera. It was faulty and let moisture into the lens despite its weather rating which has made the view cloudy. They will not refund or replace and I’ve been trying for the last 7 months for resolution. They will take your money, sell you an inferior product and then completely disregard your requests for a replacement or refund. Their customer service will stop replying to your emails and their chat on their website never answers. They also won’t let you leave any reviews on their website. Fair trading NSW is now on the case. Do not give them your money!

The Sonitrek Bluetooth speaker was faulty from when we received it. It will not function at all unless it is kept plugged into the power. It also makes loud cracking noises which sound very unsafe. I have contacted the company several times. Initially I was told to reset the speaker which I did, it did not help and now I am being totally ignored. Choose wisely.

Ordered Mifo wireless earbuds that didn’t work properly. The sound would fade in and out of the right earbud. Contacted Mifo who initially responded promptly, who asked for photos and then asked for me to take a video of the right earbud audio cutting out which doesn’t make any sense! They advised that the returns team would be in contact which I followed up a number of times - still waiting for a response almost two months later.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from them!!!!

Shocking that they are still allowed to sell products in Australia

Consumer Affairs issued a public warning against Mifo in 2024. This is still relevant today. Likely you will never receive your goods, or like in my case, will have a faulty product and be unable to get refund/replacement. It has been over 50 business days since my earbuds were returned for refund or replacement and they have not replied despite dozens of emails sent.

Worked well for a while, then wouldn't charge properly, contacted support who gave me a list of things to try. I did all that, nothing worked. When I asked for a refund or replacement they asked me to send a video showing the problem, I did that, it took them weeks to get back to me, just to say that they will replace it but that I need to wait for the return team to contact me. That was 3 months ago and despite numerous emails they are now ignoring me.

Completely unresponsive to warranty issue. Tracker stopped working and despite numerous emails they never responded. Don’t go through this supplier!!!

Less than 1 star. I have been going back and forth for over a year and a half trying to get a refund for a pair of headphones that stopped working. It has been a nightmare. I think it is all just AI generated responses. Tried going through the ombudsman but nothing eventuated cause MIFO never responded to them. It’s only $149 I’m chasing but it’s the principal. They essentially refuse to refund me. Been a joke would never buy from them again and warn others of the same. Just go elsewhere where you at least have a proper paper trail etc.

Raised a Support ticket regarding my purchase of SonicTrek Open Ear XS head phones for $59.95. The sound reporoduction is good but 1 ear bud lasts only 1 hour and the other 3 hours. Got no response and sent another communique = no response. Apart from the reliabiltiy the product is good. Shame the support experience and customer follow up is garbage

I would give less stars if I could. Ordered some items 6 weeks ago. They say 4-5 days for delivery - still no items. Several emails later, they now just don't even answer. Steer clear.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! i bought ear buds which said 3-5 days shipping. After 1 week I contacted to ask when they will arrive i was told they are delayed. 2 weeks later the same thing. Iasked for a refund and kept being told it is being processed. After contacting this company every couple of days via email and sending information to them about not providing my refund being illegal etc... after nearly 3 months they have finally issued my refund. I will never purchase anything or recommend this company to anyone ever!!! Terrible they should be shut down!

Do not ever deal with this company. Payed and never recieved the item. Failed to respond to emails and I was forced to raise a dispute with my bank to recover the money. Absolute scam site and I wish I had done more research on this company beforehand as there are plenty of warnings out there. Beware all !!

Nice pair overall. Comfortable fit, tidy case, and strong battery performance. I would say they are very close to five stars, but I had to fiddle with the ear tips a bit before they felt just right.

Placed an order. Waited for it to arrive. Waited. Then contacted them and was advised stock is arriving soon. Waited. Contacted via their chat, was given the sane story. Waited . Still nothing. Now I am on their mailing list and they are sending me emails to “buy now before they run out” of the item I am waiting for. Still nothing delivery Sad story, my on fault, but buyer beware.

I purchased 2 pairs of these earbuds because they were supposed to be the best for active sports, and stay in your ear. Also, they had noise suppression mode. Both those suited me because I cycle a lot, but run a business and need to be in phone contact whilst riding. After receiving the earbuds, I didnt get to use them straight off because of such wet weather, not good for cycling. When I did get to use these buds, I constantly had to reset the buds to make them work. Also, the noise suppression mode never worked. Hugely disappointed with Mifo, they didn't want to play ball with refund, as because they were out of the refund time allowance. Technically, I give these 1/5, morally, Mifo is also 1/5. Don't bother with this product.

Mifo Audio gave me a better experience than I expected. I used them on a weekend away and did not need to worry about charging once. Add in the secure fit and stable connection, and that is a win for me.

Really solid. Comfortable, reliable, and great for day-to-day use without any fuss.

I purchased a set of 05 plus earbuds. When they arrived, the hinge on the case was broken and the left earbud didn’t work. After a week, both didn’t work and could not connect via Bluetooth. I have tried emailing and using their chat option but have not had any response to either. Unfortunately I didn’t purchase them using PayPal. Absolute rubbish, both the earbuds and especially the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely disappointed and a total waste of money.
