Ordered my girlfriends present on 3rd January.. MK have provided WRONG ADDRESS to DPD and now after weeks its been returned to them. Emailed twice for assistance and no reply and you cannot contact them any other way. There burying there head in the sand. A huge brand like this with customer service the poorest i have ever experienced. Im now out of pocket... dont know where my parcel is and will never know if ill get a refund or if i do.. when i will. Shocking
My son used his hard earned paper round money to purchase me a gift for Christmas. Sadly, they were unsuitable and were returned & received on 31/12. Still to this date no refund. Finally had response after a few emails and he has been advised that, item is only in the UK warehouse and still has to go to EU warehouse for processing. Due to Brexit there is no idea how long this will take or when he will be refunded!! To say I am angry is an understatement. It’s not like companies weren’t aware of Brexit and possible issues. Why was there no contingency plan? Pls MK hurry up and sort this out & refund my son!!!!!
Update: It has been 5 weeks and still no refund. Absolutely disgusting service.
After reading negative reviews I was sceptical. Happy to say i received bag in perfect condition and it was extremely well packaged/protected. Yes it took 14 days to arrive but I think some people forget we are in the middle of a pandemic and Brexit. I was also regularly kept up to date by email from MK.
Would buy from again.

I wish I can give 0* as they are ignoring my emails! Sent my item back for a refund on 30th December 2020 via Royal Mail. I can see it was delivered to MK warehouse on 3rd January 2021, however I haven’t received any confirmation and obviously no refund! Emailed 3 times ant nothing, not even auto response to confirm they have received the item back. 1* for delivering my parcel in 5 days, reading the reviews below I can see I was lucky with the delivery lol
After two months of waiting I finally received my refund. Being such a big company you could look after your customers. The customer service is awful, they were keeping sending me auto responses with no answers to my questions … I don’t think I’ll be buying here again any time soon
After placing an order on 6th Jan with delivery due in 3 - 4 working days I checked out the reviews when I never received my item in the given time . I was dismayed to read the negative reviews and never held out any hope as I also had a tracking number which was not recognized by dpd, however received a text this morning stating my item would be delivered today which it has .Delighted with my bag !!. Would order again but think for a company as big as this they really need to up their game in the communication stakes.
Had issues getting an order delivered due to customs issues. Obviously were not prepared for brexit.
The order has now arrived but is significantly late.
I returned 2 packages Michael Kors received them on the 31st December and the 7th January still have not received a refund they say they will refund within 14 working days . That period is up for one of the packages on the 22 nd January. I have written no reply. Contacted Martin Lewis and used the Resolver web site to write to them no reply. Disgusting service.
Sent my item on the 31st of Dec for refund. Haven't recieved anything yet. Emailed me few weeks ago and they said its on transit! Nothing after that!
Absolutely joke. Horrible costumer service. Really really poor packaging and damage items.

I have shopped with MK for so many years (in stores) buying a bag every few months be it for myself or as gifts as i’m a fan of the not onlythe product s but the celebrity service given in stores( (was a fan)
But due to the pandemic lime most, I have had to start purchasing online.
Bought 2 separate items in December which both arrived with in days of ordering which was impressive given the time of year it was and also Covid delays. Yes there is no personal service but atleast it was efficient.
Bought another bag 3rd Jan as a gift for my granddaughter birthday but as of yet not received it. Her birthday is next week and I have lost all confidence in MK getting this gift to me on time.
Very disappointed customer, I am now having to order an alternative brand so I have a gift to give.
Worst thing is I have emailed a week ago response time is upto 72hrs due to covid so it said... no reply as yet not good enough as MK are not the inly ones effected by Covid everywhere else I have order have managed to get my items to me and that too with most using DPD!
I do not know if this item will turn up but I will say if there is a knock at the door I 100% will not be accepting the package it can be returned to the sender and I shall not be using your services again.
It is common courtesy to reply to your customers if you do not consider your customers important then I shall make sure I no longer give you my custom.

No movement on my order for a while. Impossible to get in contact with. When you send them an email they send a generic email on Brexit. Seriously need to sort themselves out. Never again will I purchase from them.
Never order from MK web site, waited weeks for my bag & just keep getting e-mails that DPD got problems with their tracking & delays. When i pay a lot of money for something i expect better service than i have had from MK. No good e-mailing them, they do not reply. If i do not receive my bag soon i will be going through trading standards. 19/01/21 still no response from MK, have e-mailed them again but not holding my breath. Put my tracking number in DPD & it states got my order details, but not the parcel, yet an e-mail from MK on 07/01/21 stated my order had been shipped. Just read a couple of reviews where people have received their bags within 14 days, yet where is mine???? One of these people ordered same day as me 6th January & received today, yet DPD say they have not received my parcel & MK are not responding to e-mails. They do not know their ass from their elbow. Yesterday received an e-mail advising as a gesture of goodwill they had given me a full refund & once i received the bag i could keep it. Then today i received an e-mail advising the bag had been lost in delivery so a full refund had been given. Does anyone know what they are doing in customer service. I take back all i have said as today i received my beautiful bag, which they refunded the money for last week & stated i could keep the bag when it arrived. Outside of the sale this was a £300 bag. They said they had not replied to e-mails as they had nothing new to tell me & they said they knew how frustrating it had been but the delays were due to Brexit. The only thing i would suggest to MK is please answer e-mails even if you are having problems let people know as it is no-one replying that is frustrating people.
Avoid! Do not order, they are sending packages out with incorrect tags which are being stopped at customs. Tried to get hold of mk for days with no reply. Will go to my bank now to raise dispute. Terrible service for a high end store. They should stop taking orders and peoples money knowing full well they won’t receive the order.
I know - prices are great, the sale is on, luxurious bags at cheap prices, but this comes at a huge cost. Please, please, if you are thinking about it - do NOT order from Michael Kors official website. I have ordered a bag, put in the correct details (received and re-checked correct details on my order confirmation as a proof), next thing you know someone added another digit to my house number and I can't have my item delivered anymore. I spoke to DPD who confirmed I cannot have my bag because Michael Kors people misspelled my house number (read: added another number just because), so together with Brexit delay I am unlikely to ever see my bag in a million years! They deliver via DPD who have caused me a huge headache in the past as well, so you can't really choose a delivery company which is another huge minus. Big fan of this brand, but this is where the MK journey ends for me, unfortunately.
Unless someone responds to my email complaint (sorry I don't have a confirmation number to online complaint form because you never send any), I will go to trading standards!!
******UPDATE:another 4 days passed and the bag is still not here. Dpd said will deliver today but ive just been advised that they need to investigate with a sender, while my bag is lying around Snetterton since Saturday. Another day ive stayed in, another day lost. No one from michael kors replied to my email and im so stressed out due to being ignored that im starting to feel concerned for my wellbeing. Please, can I have my bag which I paid a lot of money for? Why are you doing this to your customers?? Why cant i have my order?
*****UPDATE THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY 2021******- THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED. THE PARCEL WAS TAKEN OFF THE APP ON 27TH OF JANUARY AND NEVER LEFT SNETTERTON DEPOT-NEVER SCREENED AFTER THE 16TH OF JANUARY- NO LONGER SHOWING ON ACTIVE DELIVERIES BUT SHOWING IN HISTORY. RANG MY BANK ON THE 28TH OF JANUARY, 16 DAYS AFTER THE PAYMENT DATE AND THANK GOD THEY HAVE REFUNDED ME. RECEIVED THE EMAIL FROM MICHAEL KORS THIS MORNING WHERE THEY REFER TO THAT BAG AS A "LOST PARCEL" AND CLAIM I NEED TO SIGN A DECLARATION THAT I DIDNT RECEIVE THE BAG!? 😂😂😂😂 THE BAG THAT NEVER LEFT THE WAREHOUSE. THE BAG STUCK AT SNETTERTON FROM 16TH OF JANUARY WHEN IT WAS NEVER SCANNED AGAIN. THE BAG WHICH WAS LAST SEEN AND DISAPPEARED AT SNETTERTON, WHICH I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR FOR THE LAST 24 DAYS. OFCOURSE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED IT IM NOT WORKING AT SNETTERTON DEPOT!! THANK GOD I WAS REFUNDED AND PROTECTED BY MY BANK BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Contacted DPD this morning they have confirmed after brexit the parcels are coming in without the correct documents they have told me all parcels will be returned back to the sender but there will be further delays due to an ongoing problem shipping out of the uk. Michael kors are not responding to nothing.
Everyone that has ordered from the uk needs to contact DPD and also claim there money back from the payment source you have used. As no one is going to get there parcels.
My son ordered a bag for his girlfriend arrived in 2 days he paid for express service, I returned it same day 22/12 as she didn’t like it, got confirmation they received it back 24/12, as of today 13/01 still no refund, I started emailing them 28/12 as no word from them after 5 emails they responded to say they sent it to another team for confirmation they had it back! Everyday I email chasing as well as sending them screen shot 08/01 of the return being excepted back, today the 13/01 same email saying thanks for being patient as they get another team to investigate! I’d never recommend this company to anyone I wish I’d check the reviews 1st and advised my son not to use them, he’s got direct debits coming out his bank anyday and this £400 is needed to pay it! So frustrating only contact is email !! Stay clear of this company
Give it zero stars if I could. Awful customer service, ordered on 16th December for delivery on 21st for a Christmas present. Still no parcel on 12th January. I keep chasing for a reply and just get ignored. They have taken the money and I feel like I have been scammed. I will never buy from Michael Kors again.
