Horrible customer service. Due to Brexit, my order was said to be delayed. However, I have been waiting for 2 months for it to arrive and have had no updates on order status! (I believe it has been lost due to the crazy 2 month delivery time). I have contacted them twice requesting a refund, because I, clearly, don’t need the item anymore and I am extremely frustrated about the situation. First time they ignored me. Second, they just sent a gift “40£ off my next order”(basically ignoring my request for refund), which will be no good for me, since I will never shop there again!
I have ordered a pair of sandals on sale but they did not fit well (the leather was way too hard in my opinion, which was rather strange for such a high end brand). I returned and got my refund in around 2-3 weeks time. I have to say though that when I realised that the parcel has reached their distribution centre, I did write them an email saying that I read a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot and if they can advise me if I should be starting a process with my bank yet or they are going to refund. Not sure if may be this worked, but my email was answered in under 30 minutes and a week after that I had a refund.
I want to give zero stars, but can't. MK should be thoroughly ashamed of their lack of good customer service and the way they treat their customers. I will never buy anything from them again! I purchased a couple of handbags then unfortunately some clothes which were too big so I returned the clothes over a month ago. I have been chasing my refund for over 2 weeks now and they firstly ignore your messages then respond with a message in such poor English that you can't understand a thing. Then they ignore you again. There is no phone number to contact them, you have to message them which they ignore. Out of sheer exasperation I have gone through Martin Lewis' Resolver and after several messages on there, without a singe apology from them, they have confirmed receipt of my goods but still haven't refunded my money saying that they need to escalate this to another department!! So, 5 weeks after returning my items I still don't have a refund! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
A zero star returns experience!! Returned an item on 28th December and to this day no refund and no help from customer service
All items are lovely and have been happy with them, Previously rated poorly due to having a delayed refund issue and I felt like to wasn’t being resolved however after speaking with a helpful lady today they have dealt with it swiftly, thank you.
If I could have given zero stars I would have. After ordering three coats in November, I received a deliver date appropriately five days later. The day came and went. I tried contacting Michael Kors but was met with a telephone message saying that because of COVID they were not accepting any phone calls. I then contacted via their online contact link only to be told that I should go direct to the courier UPS. This went on for weeks. When the coats eventually arrived I had moved from England to Scotland so my daughter returned the entire order for me. Today I was told that they had credited one coat. Since all the coats were in the same package, if they received one coat, they received them all! Thank goodness I used Klarna for this purchase because without their help and understanding I would be waiting for the return of nearly £400! My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM MICHAEL KORS!

If your items don't fit or is faulty they will not give a refund, they will ignore your emails and there is no other way of contacting them.
I am today putting it into the hands of my credit card company.
Stay away from Michael Kors!!!
So today I receive my order and the boxes arrived damaged I could see that one of them was clearly opened and resealed as the bottom of the box was broken and ripped. The second box had been opened from the security seal and then resealed with Sellotape.
When I opened the boxes The first one had nothing in it and the second one had plastic and paper tissue and some weird looking metal balls Sellotape together and a pebble.
My items are missing and I tried to contact Michael Kors however the customer service team aren't taking phone calls. They are asking for customers to email and wait for a response however when I placed this order I realised that as I paid for gift packaging I could write a message and I didn’t see the option to add a message so I emailed them asking them to write happy birthday and it’s been three days and no one has responded so I have no hope and assume that no one will respond to my email sent today!

I returned a parcel to Michael Kors which it says 48 hours tracked delivery. Despite getting proof of post office stamp together with proof of receipt still no refund. It has been more than a month. I have emailed customer service numerous time still no answer from them. I tried to call no one picks up the phone. Once lockdown is over definitely will go to store and complain. I have always shopped at Michael Kors and the service that you receive in store is different to the one online. Definitely won’t be purchasing from them anymore. Very disappointed!
Michael Kors have received my return 3 weeks ago, still waiting for refund of £148.00. They haven’t replied to my email, their phone lines are not in use. Won’t order from this company again.
I bought various items from MK website over a number of years and never had any issues. Until now, when I had to send my return back via post. Their customer service is a joke! Sent several e-mails and finally got 1 reply- saying that my tracking means nothing until it gets internally to their EU warehouse! Item was received by them 3.5 weeks ago!!! Asked for their complaints Departments- what a surprise... No reply!! It is an absolute joke of customer service in such well known company!!! Will be starting official money recovery process through my bank and will seriously think before buying from them again!!!
I was soooo afraid after reading the reviews here but I can’t agree with them at all. Delivery took 5 days only (free delivery), the item is exactly what i ordered,both box and the item looks expensive, maybe would like it better if they didn’t leave the price inside as I did mention it was a gift. The whole experience was good and I will definitely buy more in the future.
Bought an expensive handbag - strap clasp broke in a few days. Returned it on 27 Dec (checked and it has been delivered) but still no refund. MK Customer Service has been useless. Ignoring my emails. Would not buy directly from them.
I would have given a Zero star returned a handbag 7 weeks ago.They have received my package but still waiting for a refund.Mk is a scam.Will never shop with them again.
Awful experience. Ignoring my emails and refusing to process refund even though I have sent proof of postage and tracking shows delivered to their return facility. Will never buy from MK again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Buy through reputable retailers instead!! Have now raised a PayPal dispute to get my money back!
Not good experience when buying and prompt returning one of the watch I had received without an original proper wrapping and a tag, the watch looked like it had been used a bit and been put in the box in hurry. I returned it a month ago and no action from their side happened, only a general email about some difficulties during this pandemic time.
I ordered expensive items from them on 22/01/2021 for the delivery to be made within 3 to 5 days which was fine as I needed it as a birthday gift for my partner by 02/02/2021. After 3 emails and only getting automated emails blaming DPD for customs backlog, the last email was please if I do not receive the items by the 2nd I would like a full refund as its a gift for the birthday and if it comes after this date it defeats the reason I bought them for, it wouldn't mean anything. But on 2nd I checked the DPD website and it said I should get it for that day, great. However after waiting eagerly I got a message the delivery was attempted but it wasn't then checked it said my driver myles was delayed ??? I called them no joy.
DPD IS Crap to I think MK AND DPD are in it together covering each others back.
I have asked for full refund, from Pay pal and thats going to take long too know over £250 has to be waiting for me maybe for 2 or 3 month. Will not buy MK again....

I purchased a bag online and although it was not quite right for me I was pleasantly surprised that the return was free and my money was received back into my bank account via PayPal promptly
I would only recommend the with a BIG FAT 0 AS I've returned two expensive items to them and I've tracked my returned items and it show that they're received them and I have proof of returns form I've sent them a copy and they send back an automated message back to me saying there understaffed and blaming brexit for delays and denieing that they haven't received my Returns when I've proved to them and sent them copy s of returns and I've tracked my returned items as well there fraudsters and money grabbers would Never order online again with them . I would advise anyone that has problems with them to take the matter to the Trading standards agency and the ombudsmen or even watchdog this company needs to be named and shamed .
I recently spoke to my bank to ask them how I get my money back for goods that have never arrived from Michael Kors. They asked me if I was sure the site was not a 'Scam'. Initially I answered "of course not it is Michael Kors' official web site". On giving it more thought they could be right!!! A 'scam site' would continually send emails encouraging you to buy goods they can't supply, take your money and then have no means to communicate with them!! This sounds like the service I have received from Michael Kors UK, be warned!!!
