Great customer service! How refreshing !
I missed a few items off my order and forgot to select Next Day Delivery got through to “a real person” on live chat Victoria Mansfield who with no problem added the extra items and next day delivery and sent me a link to just pay the difference! It was so refreshing to get help and have an issue sorted with no hassle or long waiting or having to cancel order and re do it ! Thank you I have now just placed another order for all the light switches and sockets for my whole house.
