Booking experience
Mercury agents didn't call me back when they said they would. I was booking for 4 people and quotes would generally just come through for 1 person. I would be given a final figure however I needed a figure for each person as 2 people were sharing twin and other 2 were having singles. At one time I was just given accommodation price without including flight price! This is in respect of me trying to book for 3 friends and myself and friends would each be paying me back after I pay the full amount.
The agent who actually booked the holiday on 13/10 was very helpful and deserves 5*

Booked my second trip as soon as I arrived from the first.
This is my second trip booked with Mercury Holidays, the second bought just days having arrived from the first trip. I phoned to ask for some information which was very helpful, then booked online. The whole process was very easy to manage.

Great selection of tours which seem…
Great selection of tours which seem priced well when compared with similar from competitors. The additional £200 pp discount coupled with availability during July / August was a key factor in deciding to purchase.
Booking online straightforward and fast follow up from the Mercury team sending through details when our deposits were paid! All going 5 stars during the booking stage!

Good choice of tours but the odd niggle.
Good choice of tours (I have used Mercury several times before) and easy to book. But if there is a discount why not just give that price rather than having to use a voucher code?
As soon as I got my details the following day they said to note changes to the flight details, but nothing had changed! Also they normally ask for passport details but wasn’t asked to provide Advanced Passenger Information for this tour. I queried this and was then told to submit my passport details. So the odd thing which needs to be tweaked if to get 5*.
