Very friendly and highly knowlegable staff, they make you feel very welcome and can pretty much deal with any issue you may have or advise you may need.
The store is so well laid out and you are able to test most fluids before you buy, which is good.
They always have amazing deals online and instore, saving the consumer loads of money.
I will always deal with Madusa Juice, Kings Lynn.
5 Star service, 5 Star Staff and 5 Star Products.

I really rate Medusa Juice
I really rate Medusa Juice and have had outstanding customer service as well as great flavours and value.
Have dropped 1 star only because I put my latest 3 bottles in my "celebrations" tub with others from a previous order and they have to lay down cos not tall enough to stand up and unfortunately 1 leaked - any already open I keep out and upright but this was a new unopened 1 so a tad annoying.
Won't stop me using Medusa though

Poor quality eliquid.
Ordered 5 x 100ml juices for a great price to be fair. But all five flavours are of a very poor quality. They seem to lack flavour and certain ones have a bad aftertaste.

discovered these guys just before Xmas - can't fault the delivery or customer service - Max is an absolute font of knowledge!
have tried the menthol range - Mad Max is superb.
also their juices don't kill coils which seems to be a prevalent prob with other brands currently - use clito mesh currently and has lasted over 3 weeks!! can't vouch for other ranges but am sure will be better than most - am going to try the scone and original custard.
great juice, great people, great price - always good offers - i'm a convert.
this years "good work fella's" award definitely goes to them.
