nice smooth vape from juice, flavours are ok, bottles are bit of pain as hole in nozzles are too small ok for dripping but if filling squonk bottle takes ages had to snip top off nozzles to get easier... Se mere

I cannot rate this Company and Staff higher, the prices and deals are a sweetener, but it’s their loyalty to their customers which makes such a big difference in the grand scheme of things. I cannot praise this company enough. They go above and beyond to sort out any problems even when they are not at fault. Absoultely brilliant! I wish more companies were like this, they are a breath of fresh air. Products are excellent too!

Medusa juice is average because there website is not user friendly on mobile. Communication is limited and some juice bottles are not Designed well.

Medusa juice is great. By far the best vape shop in kings lynn. Great, fast and reliable service. Great staff at hand to help with anything. I would not go anywhere else. Great variety of products.

Medusa Juice is an amazing company which helps anyone where they can, I would have given top marks as I never usually have a problem with yourselves, but on this occasion the website was very slow and took a while to get through to place my order. However the product came quick and nicely wrapped, no damage and presented lovely. I would recommend Medusa Juice to anyone who wants to or already is vaping as they are a excellent team, just the website speed.

Amazing customer service at the Kings…
Amazing customer service at the Kings Lynn store, had a chat with an Employee called Laine who told me the basics and really helped me understand nicotine dosages etc. when mixing liquids with shortfills, greatly appreciated a phone call that helped me decide on what types of e-liquids etc. that I should be using in my device alongside tips with coils and nic-salts to help me get the nicotine i need to quit smoking for good.
