Good customer service
Although there was a mix up with delivery the staff at madusa were very quick to resolve the issue. I order online as i now live in wisbech and its a chore driving to the other side of lynn at times. I always feel very welcome into the shop and service is helpful. I'm totally addicted to the ribe vibe :D

Great customer service and the staff know their stuff. Best vape juice around in my opinion. Shop in Gaywood is always clean tidy and well presented. Definitely 4 stars. Only improvements I could suggest is with stock levels of popular flavours as these regularly run out time and time again.

Extremely helpful!
The first day I walked into the shop looking for a bit of help, feeling confused and overwhelmed with the amount of information and slang terms used in vaping I found it.
I could see that I was being listened to, and they must have assessed my knowledge wasn't the best so they broke it down for me.
Going through options and making the 100's of devices into just a few categories that I could understand.
In short; I have quit smoking for nearly 6 months and have told all of my friends to go there.

I popped into the Kings Lynn bus station shop. Chap serving was very helpful and friendly. Noticed the website had a look and found quality vape juices. Free next day delivery. Plastic free packaging. Unbeatable value. Will not be buying anywhere else!!
