Thank you. I was worried my delivery was held up, so I called and got great customer service - thank you.

YOU STOLE MY DREAMS ! you sold me a £2000 ebike with incorrect peddles that weren't marked LEFT OR RIGHT ,then had the audacity to say I should pay for your incompetence and shipping it back!. No instructions ,no help from him at all. Tried multiple times to get hold of him with no reply . Don't be "naive",just don't deal with this "sellar " at all. YOU STOLE MY DREAMS ! You took my £2000 in a second and now your "away" again. JUST DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY , not trustworthy at all.EDIT-you tried to get my review taking down 3xs! You sent what package again jake ? They weren't forced on ,it was 2 left peddles you sent ! And I wasn't "free" to send back,don't lie . So how come I bought the ECXAT same bike from another bone fide sellar and I can assure you it was night AND day in comparison . I'll put up that review now. Thanks jake sometimes you have to yank it out of someone to then tell the full true story. So watch my review up tomorrow from the other sellar! You also said in your tx YOU AT THE SHOP HAVE BOTHER PUTTING THE PEDDLES ON,SO AGAIN DON'T LIE . Look at all my reviews ,do you see a bad one ? Ecxatly I woukdnt have spoken the truth if it wasn't necessary ! Your ceo ? 1 man with a warehouse stock! room. You'll never in public take any responsibility ,BUT in my txs you have! Shameful

Great company to deal with, they let me collect the bike as was in the area over deliver which I preferred. Jake’s personal approach is what will make this company stand out from others as he’s really trying his best to provide for customers and competing with massive shops out there which must be difficult, I’d rather give these guys a chance. Well done !

Super product at a favourable price; I did think there must be a catch to such a good bike at an amazing price! What could be wrong with it?
We, I have been so pleased with my new purchase!! It was rather dusty as if it had been in storage and a tiny chip on the top tube; apart from that I have not found anything else wrong! It was VERY well packaged, arrived VERY quickly not much to assemble.
Therefore, I am delighted with the company and would not hesitate to recommend buy a bike from them!
Just one small observation/comment, there were no instructions with the bike, it would have been nice to have had a little guidance. Thought the guys did offer help should I require it!

I cannot recommend Jake and the team at MCR bikes. Following a desperate Christmas sale, they went out of their way to make sure my son would receive his bike for Christmas Eve. Customer service and communication was excellent, and the bike in question is fantastic and in brilliant condition. Will always go here first for any future cycling needs!

Id use again for sure. A part for the bike didnt arrive with the bike but was sent out next day special delivery.

These things happen & its how they're dealt with.

Communication was 10/10. I feel confident if anything goes wrong with the bike to regarding the years warranty.

Very pleased with our bike and service provided by MCR bikes - saw on eBay but then looked at their site - easy to deal with , great price and free delivery .

They put new bikes up on a Friday so well worth a look if wanting a new bike .

I must express how enjoyable it was to conduct a transaction with Jake. I can't emphasize enough how highly I recommend him and his business. He purchased a total of three bikes from me without any unnecessary hassle or hesitation. He is incredibly personable and easy to talk to. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to work with him again in the future!

Did not send me the product I ordered. Sent a Different brand and when I contacted them via their contact is option they didn’t respond. Shocking.

Got to say what an absolute pleasure doing a deal with Jake was. Credit to him and his business couldn’t recommend enough he brought 3 bikes of me in total no tire kicking just strait to the point. Very friendly and chatty guy. Will looks forward to dealing with him in the future!👍👍

Panniers were Wrong fitment for my bike. Tried to return by contacting the given email. No reply. Posted the unopened box back. Have had it returned to me.

From.ordering to recieving the goods, a very professional service

It was a lot of money to send to somebody I’ve never met but great communication throughout the bike was well packaged when delivered and arrived in good time. Had some technical issues but the seller was very helpful throughout and we get it booked into a shop for the repairs and the seller paid for the repairs in full it was a hassle free experience and Im delighted with the bike.

Don’t waste your money, website advertises bikes in stock, you pay £499, and then informed that the bike is out of stock, via a badly worded email. When you then attempt to contact the company to request a refund you receive no response. Totally unprofessional and an experience not to be repeated.

Good price but maybe my fault that I didn’t realise the bike comes straight from the factory (drop shipping). As such I have the added cost of paying for assembly which I’ve never had to do before with a bike purchased over the internet.

Bike came new and as described within a week, very happy with the overall service , would use again if required .
