I have been depositing with maximalwins for over one year, mainly because of the bonus they offer, but what’s the use of a great bonus if they are not going to pay out when you win,
When you go on to there live help it’s 24/7 and you get a reply any time of the day, but the downside is that this is not maximalwins employee’s so these people are very limited to what information they can give you,
I follow all of the bonus rules as I have read them all over and over again so I know that I have not broken any rules, these are the steps that I have taken to try to get my money,

(1) contact live help but unfortunately they are limited to one line which is- you will just have to wait.
(2) try phoning them on the number that is on there contact information and you get through to a dating agency
(3) contact them through there support email and it will just bounce back say this address does not exist.

I suppose that this is what I get for dealing with a casino that does not have a uk gaming license.

I hope this helps some poor person out there that has the sense to check the reviews before parting with there hard earned money

I implore you not to give these scammers a single penny/cent/dime. They will NOT pay your winnings. I have been waiting for 8 weeks now. Receive the usual fob off when I ask about my withdrawal. They say they will email the relevant department but will not copy me into the email. Looks like the chat is operated by a separate company anyway who can only view your account then copy and paste a standard non response.
I would heed these warnings, I am not the only one, and not give these con artists any of your money.

I'd give them a 0 if I could. Like others have said on here they're just a bunch of scammers. I've been waiting nearly 7 weeks for a withdrawal and accepted I won't ever be getting it. Whenever I contact customer service about it they just fob me off with vague nonsense about procedures that need to be followed that can't be rushed as though I'm expected to believe it takes nearly 2 months to process a withdrawal when other sites can do it within a couple of days or even hours in some cases.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I joined the site and deposited money. Do yourself a favour and avoid this website. There are plenty of decent online casinos out there.

Nie można uzyskać żadnych informacji od obsługi klienta.
Jedno wielkie oszustwo , gry na stronie niestety też nie wyglądają na oryginalne.

Was playing Thunderstruck 2 which has wildstorm feature that activates wild reels from left to right, theres came grom right to left making winning virtually impossible.
