Bought the combined toothbrush and water flosser on the 9th of April. Did not receive the product. A week later I messaged the company, I was worried about the reviews saying it was a scam company. They messaged back saying two to three days. It came yesterday packaged really well. All seems good and charged well. Really pleased. Thank you.

Wij zijn al 4 maanden aan het strijden met hun en komen niet verder we willen het product terug sturen maar ze geven geen adres en je krijgt enkel domme mails van MauArcher waar je niks mee op schiet.

I ordered a brush based on a review website that turned out to be questionable (if you inspect it on Google, all is in Chinese even if it is supposed to be southamerican!)

After that, I found the reviews here. I tried to cancel the order and, of course, they refused to cancel it and sent it anyway hours after acknoledging that I wanted to cancel. First red flag.

They try to charge restocking fees which are illegal in the UK. More red flags.

They refuse to provide a return address in the UK, and demand you send it to China, which would cost a fortune! But they don't tell you this in their website... More red flags!!

They offer you a ridiculous "discount" of 3% for you to keep the product instead of returning it, which has increased to 7% in further emails. This is just insulting.

I have now raised a dispute through my bank, and they have contacted me again threatening that the process will take too long, that they have evidence the product was delivered and they will still take the money and I will have my credit score affected...

Just an absolute SCAM!!! Avoid this company completely, this is a known strategy used by scamming companies.

Can't comment on the brush itself because it's still in the box. They say they can't accept a return if used but then they encouraged me to use it while the return was sorted?!?!?!

And why would a reputable Danish-designed product be handled by a company in China?

My bank has returned the money but I am expecting that they will challenge the refund. Hopefully I will keep the money because this should be illegal and reported to the authorities.
If you have the misfortune of buying from them, keep all your emails as evidence and get in touch with your bank, they are absolutely useless!

The smart mode of this electric toothbrush makes brushing my teeth a pleasure. I can choose the appropriate cleaning mode according to my needs, which is considerate.

Jag tog med mitt köp till tandläkaren som beklagade och sa att det inte finns någon forskning gällande produkterna. Tandborsthuvuden beskrev hon som uttjänta trots att de låg i nya förpackningar. Floderna är klumpig och ger för mycket vatten i munnen samt stänker vatten överallt. Företaget är nonchalant, kan inte skilja på retur och reklamation. Jag har inte fått svar sedan13 Mars. Jag har litet hopp om att få pengarna tillbaka. Låt bli att köpa produkter från dem är mitt råd.

I bought the MauArcher electric toothbrush, and then afterwards read the reviews on here and was horrified! I then emailed the company straight away to cancel my order but it had already been despatched.
The delivery did take a while, and when it arrived I wasn't expecting much however, I unpacked it - it was well packaged and came with plenty of accessories.
I charged it up and used it that night and I was really impressed with the results.
The toothbrush itself is a nice weight and feels very powerful. The water flosser that comes with the toothbrush is more compact than my old one, which makes it easier for me to use.
It's easy to use and has different modes for general cleaning, gum cleaning, polishing etc - the last time my teeth felt this clean was when I visited the hygienist!
I can't comment on the battery life or reliability as I've only been using it for a couple of days, but I'm pretty happy with it so far.

This is a complete scam company, that is only after your money.

EXACTLY LIKE EVERY OTHER BAD REVIEW! DO NOT BUY!

After reading the reviews I asked the order to be cancelled 45mins after purchase which was on a Saturday. Mauarcher or Joy told me this cannot be cancelled as the order had already been shipped out. I checked on their website that they send out orders on Mon-Fri. So this was a complete lie! It also says on the tracking details my order was sent out the following Monday. Lucky enough i have used Klarna and paid only 1 instalment. I hardly ever make card payments direct. I always try to use a third party company like Paypal or Klarna as they have your back if something went wrong. The rest of the instalments will be on hold until the case is resolved. Like another review, the company has told me to keep the product and they will reimburse me 5%, i have managed to haggle them up to 20% but i am aiming for 50% as the fault was not mine. They have forced me to buy and keep the product like many others. Best advice i can give with anyone having issues is to get in touch with Klarna if purchased through them. So far they have been helpful. I have sent them screen shots of emails to build a case and also spoken on the phone and explained the situation. Pretty easy to get on the phone to Klarna.

I found the Mauarcher link through Google searching 'best toothbrush'. This was number 1 on the list hence why i bought it without checking any reviews like a dummy. Link is called premiumreview.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ABSOLUTE HASSLE!!!

I bought the product and when it needed to be charged for the first time it did not charge. I received a replacement and then the same thing has happened. A poor product and would strongly advise you do not buy. Mutton dressed as lamb.

Ordered and tried to cancel within a few hours. Was informed I couldn't cancel the order as it has already been dispatched although the tracking detail showed this wasn't the case. I emailed to ask for the returns address, Joy answered multiple times to assure me of the quality of the product, offering 3% refund and then 5% refund if I will keep it. I repeatedly stated I want the return address and have no intention of keeping the product. Now Joy won't respond to my emails and I do not have the return address despite sending photos as requested as proof that I have not opened the packaging.
Really wish I'd checked the reviews before ordering. Leaving a review in the hope that it prevents someone else having similar experience, I will not be using this company again.

The electric toothbrush and flosser set arrived in good quality packaging and, initially, I was impressed by the additional travel bag and toothbrush heads. However, it soon became apparent there is a serious defect with the battery. Although charged for hours/days, it does not work. Customer services have not responded to my complaint.

Schließe mich an, Website wirkt seriös. Völlig irritierend und unseriös entpuppt sich der Shop bei Reklamationen und Rücksendungen. Immer die gleiche eMail, keine Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Seit Wochen geht das hin und her. Eindeutig chinesischen Ursprungs. Weder Uk noch De. Vorsicht und Finger weg.

Kann mich meinen deutschsprachigen Vor-Bewertern nur anschliessen, leider kann man keine Minus-Sterne vergeben.

Jag köpte den här tandborste för en vecka sen och blev jätterädd när jag läste alla omdömen här. Jag spärrade tom mitt bankkort och beställde ett nytt… 😅

Idag fick jag tandborsten i brevlådan och har fortfarande inte bestämt om jag ska öppna förpackningen eller inte. Mest för att jag inte hittar någonting om produktens säkerhet osv…

Öppnade den till slut och det är världens sämsta eltandborste. Den vibrerar bara och känslan på tandköttet ger mig gåshud. Waterflosser är däremot okej men inte värd pengarna. Köp inte.
