Eigentlich Überhaupt kein Stern wert eine absolute Katastrophe, lasst eure Hände davon überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen die haben weder die Buchhaltung im Griff noch die Produkte einfach nur 🤮
Knapp 1 Monat ein hin und her mit Mails sehr unzuverlässig und sehr ärgerlich die Mund Dusche habe ich direkt in den Abfall geschmissen, der Aufsatz fliegt weg kaum in Betrieb spritz es raus in alle Richtungen und alles andere als zu gebrauchen, nicht mal der Aufsatz hält!!!!
Ich bin total enttäuscht!!!!!!

Irreführende Internetseite. Bin leider auch drauf reingefallen. Kauf widerrufen, kein Geld zurück, keine Antwort. Vorgang wird jetzt an meinen Anwalt übergeben.
Traurig das man solchen Leuten nicht das Handwerk legen kann.

Nun hat MauAcher das Geld zurücküberwiesen, aber 35 Euro einbehalten! Mit wlcher Begründung? Wer dort bestellt und sich vor Ankunft der Ware im Netz informiert, dass hier Chinaware zu überhöhten Preisen zu erwarten ist und deshalb die Annahme der Ware verweigert, wird mit Geldabzug bestraft. Also Finger weg von MauArcher!!! 35 Euro verloren, aber eine Erfahrung reicher geworden.

I ordered the Mau Archer toothbrush and water flosser oral care bundle after reading a review about the best toothbrushes on the market.

After ordering I received the conformation email saying that I could track the delivery. Unfortunately there was no way to track the order. However the toothbrush and flosser arrived roughly 2weeks later. The packaging was great and the toothbrush and flosser came with a travel case spare toothbrush heads, several different heads for the flosser, a tongue scrapper and a brush for cleaning the flosser.

All in all, I would say that the Mau Archer toothbrush and flosser oral care bundle is good value for money.

It takes a while to come by today's Amazon prime standards but it is a great product and good value for ypur money.

This mauarcher toothbrush comes beautifully packaged with accessories and the charging unit itself. There are different modes, from high pressure to light touch. the head of the toothbrush snaps securely and the bristles are well made.

I am very satisfied with my new MAUARCHER toothbrush and use it daily!

The mauarcher toothbrush is a well-designed, high quality toothbrush. The battery life is excellent. The charging stand is nicer than earlier models.

Un mensonge à l'état pur, souffrant de parondontite et au vue de leur publicité disant que c'était la meilleure brosse à dent pour ce type de pathologie, pub et notice quand même, j'ai été choqué quand mon chirurgien dentiste m'a dit d'arrêter de toute urgence ce genre de brosse à dent qui fait un mouvement à proscrire aussi bien pour les gens comme moi que pour les autres (le mouvement favorise le décollement de la gencive et entraîne donc les bactéries et tarte dessous)
J'ai contacter le SAV qui a ignoré ma raquette.
A éviter je vous le conseille.

J'ai demandé l'annulation 3h après le passage de ma commande puis le lendemain alors que le paiement n'avait pas encore ete validé puis le surlendemain et encore le surlendemain. Et apres 6 jours je recois un mail comme quoi ils sont desolés mais ma commande a été expédiée et qu'elle ne peut plus être annulée. l'entreprise n'est absolument pas en france et a des pratiques que je juge tout ce qu'il y a de plus malhonnêtes

Their advert initially raised my suspicions followed by saying that l my transaction could not take place by my reputable bank. Although they claimed they work with amazon l note that amazon do not stock their products!
Then they tried to steer me to a buying app with a further 10% offer. The buying app was long winded and all did not seem right so l checked their reviews !!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY !

They initially failed to give me a delivery date. Then after chasing them said 3-5 working days finally arrived after 7 working days. Flosser is broken and toothbrush not as good as listed in their advert and won’t hold charge even though I charged for the recommended 20 hours!! Sent an email with photos and requested refund as product not fit for the purpose for which I bought it. Still waiting for response with instructions how to return it and confirmation they will refund cost onto my credit card. Will update when I get response. If not I will ask my credit card to do charge back for me. Thank goodness I paid by credit card. Wish I hadn’t looked at googles recommendation which encouraged me to buy the product. I will use trustpilot in future before I buy anything on line again.

Purchased but items not fit for purpose. Water flosser leaks. The electric toothbrush won’t keep its charge for more than a week. Even charged over 24 hours on 3 separate occasions. The company have wasted 4 weeks of my life refusing to reimburse or replace the items. Just weeks of emails and pictures and videos of leaking flosser and toothbrush charging.
Beware of purchasing.

Je krijg een product rechtstreeks uit China wat je niet kunt retourneren!! Koop hier niks!

Blev förskräckt när jag läste omdömen efter att jag beställt Mauarcher eltandborste och vattenflosser men som tur var fick jag varan efter ca 10 dagar och tycker den är jättebra när man lärt sig använda den .Har haft andra eltandborstar. Man känner att tänderna blir renare och fräschare.

Jag beställde denna omtalade eltandborste 12/4 som skulle vara bäst i test. Jag har än i dag inte fått den, jag har haft mailkontakt med företaget som bara mailat tillbaka att den är på väg. Enligt Early Bird har tandborsten ansetts som försvunnen 15/4. Leveranstid skulle vara mellan 3-5 dar. Jag är nu rädd att dem skickar mig en ny fast jag inte gjort en nybeställning. Jag anser att min beställning inte gäller när en sån lång leveranstid som 21 dar gått. Jag vill inte ha något från detta företag!

Terrible company. Have been trying to return the product for a week but the customer service will not give me a returnadress.

I can’t believe I was so stupid. I’d googled best toothbrushes and this one came top. I was sold by the flosser and toothbrush combo. Placed an order, spoke to my parents about it who said it was most definitely over priced considering it’s an unknown name. Within 10 minutes of my order I requested to cancel. I then came here and read the reviews!!! So I started to panic and sent a second e-mail begging for them not to dispatch.

8 hours later I received an email saying they couldn’t cancel as they’d dispatched it. An hour after that email, I received another informing me that they had just shipped my package :)

After reading reviews on trustpilot I wasn’t surprised that they’d locked me in like this. So I emailed requesting a return address as I do not want the product (even if it turns up, the fact you’ve dispatched an item an hour after telling me you can’t cancel it because it was dispatched 😂) so I want to return it as soon as it arrives.

Thus far they have refused to provide me with a return address and have told me to use their product and if I’m unsatisfied, then contact them. I don’t want a product I tried to cancel and it was sent anyway and now I’m being refused to return? Is this even legal?

Have reported to Trading Standards and am frantically trying to work out how I’m ever going to get my money back.

Have requested a return address 3 times now and this has been totally ignored. Offered discount but then didn’t tell me what discount and when I asked for the return address their response was that my item is in transit.

Have officially reported to action fraud.

Update 12/5/24
Still no return address being provided. “If you want a full refund, you will need to return the item and pay for the shipping costs. Returning the item from your location to China will cost a lot of money and time.” Offered me 3% then 5% compensation to keep the product which I snorted at and requested for I think the 4/5th time the return address. Product has arrived, however is unopened as I am wanting rid of it.

Just thought I’d post an update. No I didn’t get to return my item. I was offered 20% discount to keep the item. I have used the item and it does work…for now, do I believe it was worth what I paid - absolutely not. Don’t make the mistake of placing an order here, you’re locked in and will never get your money given back. It is a con.

Jag beställde ett kit med tandborste och flusser.. har inte fått paketet mailat till företaget om o om igen fick en länk från dom att paketet är levererat.. kollade men länken fungerade inte skriver detta i mail som dom ignorerade!!! Sedan säger dom att jag skrivit fel ort... men post nr adress var rätt..
Nu vill dom endå ha betalt oavsett jag inte har tagit i mot paketet... är oseriöst företag och jag vill varna alla om detta för bemötande är " översätt translate" de kan man se på alla mail jag haft med företaget...
Det dom gör är att lägga skuld på kunden och inte dom själva... och för att dom ska skicka ut nytt ska jag betala 1599:- för paketet som kommit bort sedan 290 kr för frakt samt ytterliga 1599:- för att få ny

I received the toothbrush and flosser what a waste of my £120 I asked for a refund and they wanted me to take videos of the toothbrush charging so that their engineers could look at it.
This must be the ( Danish engineers ) that they have in their Chinese factory which I have to wonder what they could tell from a video.
I actually wished I’d read about them on trustpilot before I sent my money, because the write up is that was on google was completely fake.
This has made me query everything that I buy online because I think everything is fake.
Stay away from companies like this one.
