Needed a pair of brace bars replaced(flaking) so emailed tge relevant details and follow up proof of purchase. Brace bars sent priority post by Lucas & Technical support. Received them quick but realised I had received one wrong one L/H not R/H ( my mistake?) Re-emailed Lucas who immediately sent me another 2 braces. First class after sales service and shower enclosure. Great.

Had a Matki shower corner enclosure installed some years back and have been very happy with it, but have been having issues with the door not closing over the past year or so. Diagnosed as needing new hinges. Contacted Matki & had a response within 24 hours to confirm they would get them sent out to me without delay. Very pleased & impressed with the service, especially from Esme. Highly recommended.

I had a minor problem with our shower seal recently (but I should also point out, this was some considerable years after purchase!) Dealing with Matki to resolve my issue was absolutely superb. Great to converse with on the phone initially - an easy, stress-free process for starters. Then the engineer who came out to fix it was brilliant too. Cannot recommend enough.

A heartfelt thank you to the Matki team for the amazing level of customer support. Caroline from the reservations team contacted me the day after I emailed Josh and James replaced the shower track a week or so later. It now works like a dream, far better than it ever has in fact. I was expecting to have to wait weeks and to have to follow up numerous times so the fact that I had to do neither was a lovely surprise. Matki have restored my faith that good customer service does exist.

I recently had a wet room shower screen delivered that didn't come with the wall mounting kit.

I contacted Matki customer support and dealt with Esme who was very responsive, helpful and resolved my issue very quickly.

It's only when you have an issue or query and have to speak to a support team that you really know how a company performs. All I can say is that Esme and the Matki support team have been great and I will always recommend Matki to my friends and family.

I had an issue with an old shower trap cover. Part out of production Matki technical support told me the necessary new part. It arrived quickly and perfectly fits the old trap. A great service, fast response ( how often to get an initial reply in half an hour) and a reasonable price, cheaper that the main parts suppliers who couldn’t tell me what to buy in any case.

All UK companies aught to take note of how to offer excellent customer service and use Matki as the example. Matki's customer service representative Esme was friendly, knowledgeable and provided an easy solution to the issue, many thanks.

Needed a replacement seal for a Matki Shower door. I sent a technical request through the web page which was answered by Esme within 30 minutes giving details of how to get the part. Called up to order and spoke to Esme who made the order process very easy.
This is typical of Matki customer service. Over many years I have needed help with parts and installation problems and they are always very responsive in dispensing advice and any necessary replacements. I wish all customer service was this good.

I needed a replacement runner for our curved shower door. I emailed the Customer Service department and Lucas replied the next day with details of the correct perts (which had not been on my parts list). I orered these from the parts department and was told to expect delivery within 5 days. The parts arrived within 2 days! I also asked Lucas how exactly to fit them and he replied by return with comprehensive instructions.
Altogether fantastic support both from Lucas and the Sales team. Thank you Matki!

Fantastic customer service! I emailed asking if it's possible to buy a spare part for my shower and received an email from Lucas in customer support within minutes giving full details, price and a number to call to purchase.

Over the years I've ordered a few spare parts from Matki and the support has been exceptional. If only other companies were as good. Well done Matki (and Lucas!!)

Have dealt with 2 members of staff while enquiring about a spares order. They were Lucas in Tech Support, who was so quick with responses to my emails and gave me all the information I asked for in a friendly and helpful manner.
Also spoke to Jason in Customer Services who has been so thoughtful and went above and beyond in his handling of my phone call.
