Ordered 2 masks 2 weeks ago, no update since the order received email. Their contact form does not work either, I have spend £20 and would like a refund but how can I if I can't contact them?

Good Hardwearing Masks
I bought some of these masks at the beginning of the pandemic. They washed really well although they need to be pulled back in to shape after washing. They are the only masks that I have found that I can breath through with ease (i am a severe asthmatic). The masks have worn really well so I have bought some more. The selection this time was far more varied and they had an offer on too which was a bonus. This time they came with mask stoppers for the ear straps (toggles). Which was needed as the elastic was much longer this time. The toggles were exceptionally hard to fit on the lace masks as the ear straps were much thicker. I had to you tube different ways to attach them but I got therein the end. All in all though they are good hard-wearing masks and the delivery was next day.

Best masks so far........
I'm very pleased with my new masks from MaskUK. There fit nicely and as a glasses wearer, minimise the amount of fogging. The material is soft and its easy to breathe. Definitely the best masks I have purchased. I would recommend and purchase again.

Saving lives
These masks are marvellous. The only masks in a year for a person having to deal with a respiratory condition that has truly enabled me to breathe easily I commend you plus the nanotechnology is a fantastic bonus especially to people who are in this predicament. Nano masks.
They fit better than most. I asked for large and I got Large. the price is fine. All in all, the masks were good, and Im happy, though you can't tell with the mask on.

Second Order.
The masks are beautifully made and I bought them for all the family members.
One thing to say and that is the small masks were still too big for the youngest family member who is 4 years old. Would be great to include a child's range.
