On August 27th, you paid us to file a Statement of Use.
As soon as your payment cleared (within a few minutes), we emailed you an intake form.
We can't file a Statement of Use with just money. We need information that only your business has.
Before your attorney can file a Statement of Use, we need to know:
1. The date you first started selling your goods and services.
2. Examples of advertisements or use of your trademark on your product packaging.
3. A few other bits of information to confirm you filed your application correctly.
We have responded to you multiple times and have attempted to explain to you why we need the above information. To date, you have told us you don't feel comfortable giving us the information, making it impossible to proceed.
We have refunded your money in full as we are unable to proceed with your Statement of Use.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.

Priceless process and guidance!!!
The trademark application process seemed fairly straightforward and understandable, just a lot of instructions to peruse. After 2 nonfinal office actions and a final action and a boatload of frustration, we were hoping the examining attorney could communicate exactly what was needed in layman terms. Markavo's team of attorneys was exactly what we hoped for. The initial order process, communication, and responsiveness was AAA+. Their legal guidance was Gold ✨💛✨ Full disclosure, the USPTO request for reconsideration is still under review, however we feel that we have done everything possible to get our trademark registered and this gives us peace of mind.

We want to assure you that both of your payments were applied to successful filings: first, to overcome the USPTO’s refusal of your application, and second, to submit your Statement of Use.
On March 11, 2024 you hired Markavo to over a complicated geographically descriptive trademark refusal for U.S. Serial No. 97802428 LEAL PLANTS ECUDOR. We won. The trademark office approved your application for Publication. You then hired on February 12, 205 to file a Statement of Use to prove that you were using your trademark in commerce.
We're happy to share that as of July 16th, the USPTO officially approved your Statement of Use, and your trademark is now on its way to registration.
While we wish we could speed up the government’s review timeline, we’re always here to provide updates or clarity along the way.

I was skeptical at first because they were affordable but they helped me every way in getting these denial s and corrected.
