We don't have any unanswered messages from your Glocommerce email address that you placed your order with. The last inbound correspondence from your customer email address was 4 months ago and we have sent 5 status updates on your application in that time. We completely understand your point about the process taking longer than expected and the desire for more proactive updates during certain stages. You're right to call that out. The USPTO's review of Statements of Use can indeed be quite slow — it's not uncommon for us to wait three to four months (sometimes longer) for them to examine and accept a filing before we receive any official notice. Once we do get that acceptance, we immediately send email notifications to our clients, and we always send multiple follow-ups for anything involving deadlines. That said, we fully recognize that emails can easily get buried or missed, even with our best efforts.
That's exactly why we're excited to share that we're in the middle of a major upgrade to our notification system. In the next several months, we'll be rolling out text messages and phone calls for important deadlines and milestones in addition to email. Our goal is to become significantly more proactive so clients never feel left in the dark.

I have been working with Markavo fot the past 3 years
I have been working with Markavo for the past three years and have registered three trademarks with them. What can I say about their service?
In my opinion, it is one of the best companies to work with. They are always in contact and responsive. I do recall some technical issues that once caused a delay of a couple of weeks, but the team was proactive in resolving them.
