Overall I am very pleased. One item was a little looser than expected, but I still like the fit. I would certainly order again.

The shoes I ordered were not what I received. They were not as pictured from their site. They were cheap imitations. Maybe worth 10.00.
Their shipping label was from China. When trying to return for FULL REFUND Margo + Main told me I would have to ship them to Belgium + there they would assess how much they would refund me including a deduction for “handling” whatever that means. Shipping to BEGIUM costs 40.00 + the shipping time is 30 days. This is all done to dissuade the buyer from returning as stated on their website. Why return something when it costs you more than your original purchase. This is a scam company + it’s a shame they have ripped so many of us off - with no guardrails or protection. Do not buy anything from this company. By now though I think they’ve taken or paused their website until they can start up again.

The quality of this piece is lovely. The fabric feels nice against the skin and the fit is very flattering without being too fitted.

I have been scammed. I never write poor reviews, but this is so egregiously bad. I ordered 2 cotton ribbed turtlenecks in women’s large size. They are not cotton at all - I work professionally with fabrics/fibre so I know what’s cotton and what’s not. And, the size is way off- really tiny - about a size 2 in USA sizing. I’m a size 10 and like to order a size larger for a comfortable fit. I can barely get these tops over my head and they make me look like a hideous stuffed sausage, Customer service appeared responsive but would only offer me a store credit. Not how most legitimate online retailers operate. So I’m out $100 with zero interest in getting anything else from these people.

I purchased a few pieces and they have been very easy to work into my wardrobe. Comfortable enough for everyday wear but still nice enough to wear when meeting friends for lunch.

I was so happy with my first order that I placed another one the following week. There are several pieces that suit my style.

I was so excited to get my package from Margo and Main. I skipped to the house from the mailbox and enthusiastically opened the first bag. The excitement ended there. The items looked nothing like the photos on their site. They feel plasticky and poorly made. This is Temu disguised as a high end women’s brand. If I could pick one word to describe their clothes it would be CHEAP. Let my experience be a lesson to you. Steer clear of Margo and Main unless you enjoy overpriced, misshapen, polyester crap.

Do not believe any of the reviews be above the one Star reviews. The Chinese use this system all the time. They don’t tell you upfront that you will be required to return any item to some foreign country where obviously you will not be doing because it is prohibitively expensive. They then use the offer of 15% back than 30% back then 45% back and so on eventually, they stop and you will not be getting any money. This is their system believe me please contact your credit card company or PayPal and let them know of this scam and try to get your money back. Do not let them keep your money. I made the mistake of not checking into return policy and when I ask them if I was seriously supposed to return to Belgium and they said yes do not buy anything from these stores until you check where the return is supposed to be sent. Then you will find whether this is a scam company or not.

The products were so cheap I threw them away

Very disappointing experience with Margo & Main. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

I ordered a pair of pants that were advertised as a “linen blend.” When they arrived, the garment tag stated that they were 100% polyester. On top of that, the pants were completely transparent and, in my opinion, the quality was extremely poor. This was not simply a matter of the pants not fitting or me changing my mind—the item I received did not match the advertised fabric description.

I contacted Margo & Main because I wanted to return the pants for a full refund. Instead of providing a reasonable solution for an item that was not as described, customer service repeatedly tried to convince me to keep them. I was offered store credit, then a 25% refund to keep the pants, and eventually a 40% refund. I repeatedly explained that I did not want the pants or store credit and simply wanted to return the item.

Their response was that I would need to arrange and pay for international return shipping myself in order to receive a full refund. They refused to provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping—even after I specifically pointed out that the pants were advertised as a linen blend but arrived labeled 100% polyester.

After multiple emails, their final position was essentially that I could either pay to ship the misrepresented item internationally or accept a 40% refund and keep pants I do not want and cannot reasonably wear because they are transparent.

I find this return process unacceptable, particularly when the product received does not match the material advertised on the website. I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from Margo & Main carefully review their return policy and be aware that you may be responsible for international return shipping even if you believe the item you receive is not as described.

Based on both the product I received and the way this was handled by customer service, I would not purchase from Margo & Main again.

I’m extremely impressed with the customer service I received. When the shoes I purchased didn’t fit quite right, they went above and beyond to make things right. Instead of requiring me to return the shoes, they generously offered me a credit toward another purchase.

I truly appreciate how easy and hassle-free they made the process. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Thank you for the outstanding service and for making what could have been a frustrating experience such a positive one!

Not only were the items I received made from extremely poor-quality materials that did not match their appearance on the website, but the company has also refused to honor its advertised 30-day return-for-refund policy.

Given the prices, I expected a much higher caliber of materials and construction. I followed the return instructions on the company's website, completed the required return form, and answered all of the requested questions. I then received an email asking me to further justify my return request and provide photographs. Since then, I have replied to that same email thread six separate times, clearly requesting to proceed with my return. Rather than honoring its published return policy, the company has continued to delay the process and pressure me to accept store credit instead of a refund.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
