I didn’t know what to expect but the clothes look quite close to the photos. The wide leg pants I ordered are flattering and don’t feel tight when sitting down. Delivery was a bit slow which I expected after reading the shipping info. I contacted support once and they were helpful rather than defensive. That made me feel more comfortable about ordering again.
I ordered two items and both arrived in good condition with no strange smell or loose stitching. The knitwear feels soft and warm enough for cooler evenings. I appreciate that the pricing is reasonable without the pieces looking too cheap. Shipping is the only part that needs improvement. If delivery was faster I’d probably order more often.
The dress looked lovely on and didn’t need any altering. I wore it out for lunch and felt very comfortable the whole time.
The quality is good for the price but I think the delivery needs improvement. I ordered a casual outfit and it came in the promised time just not quickly. Customer care were polite and solution focused when I checked in. If they added next day paid delivery I’d rate higher.
I’d say the price matches the quality well. It’s not luxury but it’s good everyday clothing and feels worth what I paid.

A few of my friends and I ordered dresses from Hainst for a party and we were pleasantly surprised that every size fit perfectly. The quality is excellent and the cuts are really flattering. Unlike some other online stores, we didn’t have to stress about the fit at all. Really impressed.
The blouse arrived exactly as expected, but what really stood out was the customer service.
I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address and thought I'd have to cancel my order. Instead, they simply updated the address and everything arrived without any issues. Great products and even better service. My only suggestion would be to offer free returns, but overall I'm very happy.
The products are really good and I’m happy with what I received. My only suggestion would be to speed up the delivery a little, as it took longer than I expected.I’d definitely order again.
DO NOT ORDER! This company does not seem to be in business. I ordered from them but never received the goods. I followed-up in alignment with their guidance and received no response. Have disputed my purchase.

We fulfilled all of our contractual obligations in full and strictly in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy accepted during checkout.
Considering that this is Claudia’s first-ever Trustpilot review and that it was published before there was any factual basis to claim non-delivery, we reasonably question the objectivity of this review. Unfortunately, such behaviour occasionally occurs.
