I ordered some lip liners that arrive damaged. I contacted Covher who responded straight away and replaced both liners. Excellent service and would definitely recommend.

I bought one for myself and 1 for my mother with the BOGO deal. We both use them every day. Will buy more in the future.

Almost certain this is a scam company, 1 month on and still nothing received, will be starting the charge back process as this company are a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company at all costs, Wrong colour received and a different brand, ' Langmanni,' cheap goods made in China, Can buy 12 lip pencils for £8.99 off Amazon. They asked me to apply and send photos so they could verify colour. sent photos as they requested and then said as the product had been opened due to health & safety reasons, they could only offer a 20% refund. I am now taking this up with my bank. This scam company needs shutting down. AVOID!!!!!!!

Absolutely rubbish company to deal with. They send you something that's not even what is advertised, zero durability on the lips, does not glide and way too easy to wipe off. It's half the thickness of the one in the ad and a different name brand on it. Only 40% refund issued when I complained about all this and I was told that because of health and safety no full refund will be issued. And this went on for a week of back and forth emails. Wasted my time for a cheap made in China lip liner that you could probably find at the £shop. Avoid

Wrong colours sent . Received Langmanni not Covher. Langmanni you can buy on Amazon 12 liners for £9. Total scam . Got a 50% refund. But not full refund as it guarantees on the ad .
A good scam even if they gave £10 refund (50%) to customers that ask they are still getting £10 for 2 liners that you can get on Amazon for peanuts….. 12 for £9.

This is the best quality i have used in a very long time. i will never go back to Sephora again to buy lip liners.

I did not receive my order , they have taken no notice whatsoever so £22 down the drain .
As far as I am concerned this is a scam.

If I could Give ZERO I would.. they sent me a regular lipliner named LANGMANNI…wrong color and 100% NOT transferproof.. they have refused to return my money… what a Scam !!!

Sent me a different item to the one ordered, only 20% refund available.
Item sent is less than £1 on Amazon.
Is 100% not smudge or waterproof.

Received incorrect colour. I ordered pink, received a dark coral. Company refused to send me correct colour despite acknowledging their error. Luckily I always pay with PayPal, so got a full refund. The company are fraudsters. Cheap products
