Had 4 Rolex’s on order for years now. I do mean year
1 turned up after a year. All good. Went in to the Bluewater store to check up on order. The young lady we dealt with for years. Suprise suprise our other 3 watches on ordered disappeared

Never ever trust these people. When questioned the sales man apologised and asked if I wanted too buy second hand watches. More expensive than new.

I had an exceptional experience at Mappin & Webb on Regent Street. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The showroom is beautifully presented, with an outstanding selection of timepieces, but what truly made the visit memorable was the level of customer care.
A special thank you to Kevin Kellman, who went above and beyond throughout the entire experience. His knowledge of the watches was outstanding, and he took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. Kevin's passion, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole purchasing process enjoyable and effortless.
Luxury retail is about more than just the product, it's about the experience, and Kevin delivered exactly that. If you're looking for first-class service and expert advice, I couldn't recommend Mappin & Webb Regent Street highly enough. I'll definitely be returning for my next watch purchase.

Ordered online, communication excellent. Delivery arrived on the day. The only downside was that DPD gave me a delivery window from 7am to 10pm. It would have been nicer to have a smaller window, or updates during the day as to rough idea of time for delivery.

I bought 3 watches in 5 weeks for myself and two family members
After around 7 weeks of buying mine I found the watch to be quiet heavy for daily wear so thought I’d part exchange it for a different model, I was rather shocked when I was offered 50% of what I’d paid weeks before
I’d of expected this if I was just looking to sell the watch but I was looking to purchase another watch from the same showroom
Mappin and Webb and Watcges of Switzerland turned out to be just like any other company, nothings a problem when your buying from them but totally different if your not
You pay inflated prices when buying but your guaranteed your watch is original with a two years warranty but they offer you a lot less than market value when changing the watch even though they don’t need to do anything to it to re sell it
Beware how false these people are I’d written three 5 star reviews when purchasing but if I could of given less than 1 star for this review I would of
Wow their saying email them to discuss my concerns even though client experience has already said that’s the price and there’s nothing we can do, obviously they don’t look at clients feedback
I’ve asked them to remove my interest in two watches I was interested in and also remove all of my details from their records
Should be awarded 5 stars for how not to treat existing and future customers, how much profit does a company want to make, PURE GREED

The delivery was quick.love my watch. Went into your Chester store to have some links taken out as to big. What fabulous service! Staff fantastic it was a real pleasure thanks.

I am delighted with this bracelet. It has a very pretty and easy to do up clasp.

So easy to order online with next day delivery. Gucci Bracelet is absolutely beautiful at a great price.

Efficient as always. Normally I would use the store in Guildford and this was the first time I had ordered online. Excellent service.

I purchased an Omega watch for a milestone birthday for my son. I would have headed into the Glasgow branch but injury prevented me from travelling so instead I ordered on line.
I was promised next day delivery and waited all morning until DPD was able to provide a delivery slot in the evening. The delivery slot came and went. I was then informed by DPD that there was a delay and 'they could not find the address'. This was puzzling as we have DPD vans delivering to neighbours around here every day of the week.
The following day there was no further update but, once again, I waited at home just in case the watch turned up, as the DPD message was 'it's on its way' and I needed to receive it in person. There was no tracking information available and no further information from M&W. I tried the on-line chat service but was told there was no one available. I tried emailing customer service but was advised I might have to wait up to 5 days for a reply. I'm still waiting.
Late afternoon I tried calling M&W. I was held in a queue for 60 minutes (yes, 1 hour, with only 4 callers before me) before finally speaking to someone.
The watch finally arrived on the third day. It is a beautiful watch and I am looking forward to giving it to my son. However, the uncertainty around delivery and lack of communication from both DPD and M&W really took the shine off.

I feel sorry for those M&W staff dealing with what is presumably a large number of irritated customers - simply because communication is not fit for purpose.
I was advised by the person I spoke to that 'it happened a lot' - that people could not get through by phone to speak to anyone. This left me wondering why M&W, which has a pedigree going back 250 years, is unable to provide better customer service. Something needs to change.
