I ordered Lalique Parfum
I ordered Lalique Parfum, when it came, I opened the bottle and NO NO SCENT at all, I contacted Maple for a refund and they said the batch was fine, well that told me it is not the real Lalique Parfum. They refused to refund my money and didn't even ask for me to send back to examine. I will never recommend Maple Prime for anything.
Be very careful they are not selling real parfum these are knock offs.

I am so disappointed with this company
I am so disappointed with this company, over a month ago I send an email asking if the tester bottle of 265$ perfume comes with cap or not, they answered with yes, few days after I ordered it. They noticed that will ship within 2 to 4 weeks they shipped it before that. I received it but without a CAP, I contacted the customer service they apologized and issued a replacement also send a return label to return the wrong one and I dropped it in the same day, since then I never received any update I kept contacted them for almost two weeks and always same answer without any update. Finally today they told me that the item is out of stock! Even though the item is still IN STOCK on thier website and they noted ( order now and will ship today) that’s mean it’s available in their warehouse. I immediately asked for a refund and they did. Yes they are have a very good prices but actually without the actual product, they waste my time I wouldn’t buy from them again I prefer to pay alittile more to avoid this hassle, save my patience and my time. There’s alot I mean a lot of a trusted discounter websites that I already know and buy from them for years now so no need to go through this again

Rough beginning but problem solved
Had a mix up with original order and shipment but they quickly fixed it after I expressed my opinion about errors on their end.

Got my items in a timely manner, but didn't get my 3 free sample items as I was supposed to.
Good prices, great serviceable timely shipping. I ordered 2 items and chose 3 free samples
However they didn't send the free stuff.

I was scared to purchase at first!
I was scared to purchase at first because I've never ordered from Maple Prime. Did it anyway and I'm so happy I did. The shipping was quicker than expected and my parfum came packaged well. I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and will be purchasing again.

Customer service I've read reviews where reviewers stated customer service was terrible and they didn't return calls I was starting to believe this when the next morning received a call back from maple prime customer service I told the rep who was very friendly that i purchased a fragrance then I noticed the price dropped she said she would get with her supervisor and email me with the outcome and she did exactly as she stated they honored the price change and refunded the difference so I can truly say maple prime is a trustworthy company and customer service is great I will be doing more business with them

I ordered two tester bottles and…
I ordered two tester bottles and unfortunately a few days later they reached out to me to inform me they were out of stock and I could order something else or get a refund. I picked out a fragrance similar in price and the main boss contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered to give me the bottle I picked out plus a non-tester bottle of the original fragrance I wanted which goes for $231 or two Prada Amber Pour Homme which I picked to replace the two $45 tester bottles I originally ordered, or one Prada Amber Pour Homme and a full refund. I ultimately chose one Prada Amber Pour Homme and a non-tester bottle of Patek Maison luminous ghost which was valued over $300. Now that is great customer service when they mess up. It took awhile to get both bottles but they communicated the whole time and responded to every message. They are fantastic at correcting their mistakes, I'll definitely order again.
