The swimsuits I bought from Manebi are amazing! The quality is top-notch, all swimsuits I have bought over the years are beautifully made and packaged with care. Everything arrives exactly as described on their website. I'm very happy with my purchases!
I just wish Manebi would offer more different styles of bikinis (for example as in previous years).

Manebi’s recent collab with Luca Rubinacci has features one of the swim trunks I’ve ever worn in my life. The class and the quality is really something exceptional. Thank you!!!

This store advertises that they offer returns, but essentially they do not. It takes weeks of automatically generated correspondence through email to finally get a label through DHL, where you need to arrange to be home within a four hour window in order to return a pair of sandals that doesn't fit.

Great client support service. It’s true that the shoes doesn’t have a consistent sizing (this is not the first time I buy), but the support recieved from the team on sorting things out, in time and quality has been great!

Footwear sizes differ greatly. Had a 46 before and bought a pair again on sale that did not fit all of a sudden. Exchange declined because of ‚sale‘. Customer services was either cognitively unfit fot the job or pretended to be. Never again.

Excellent quality product and fast delivery and great customer service

Severe delay in delivery, I am still waiting for my products and would expect at least an intermediate status of the order.

Great quality and beautiful designs. Delivery took two weeks, so not super fast but I wasn’t in a rush.

I placed a big order, and it took a long time for it to arrive. My email confirmation for the order said “free shipping” but I got a fedex bill for the shipping for $243. The shoes aren’t as good as the previous pair I bought 18 months ago. I wore them once and they are falling apart. Overall a huge disappointment and not a company I will shop with again.

Terrible Experience with Hidden Customs Charges
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Manebi. While I was prepared to pay the listed price for my order, I was blindsided by an additional £92 customs duty charge that appeared without any prior warning or communication from the company.
At no point during the checkout process was I informed that I would be responsible for customs duties. They claim this is in their T&Cs, but this information is hidden somewhere deep down. This lack of transparency and not making the customer aware at the time of purchase is completely unacceptable for an international retailer. In addition, no other European retailer puts these duties on the customer, they are absorbed by the company.
Being hit with nearly £100 in unexpected fees after already completing my purchase felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Any reputable company selling internationally should clearly disclose that customers may be liable for customs duties, taxes, and handling fees before the purchase is finalized.
when confronted by this, their Customer Service was appalling. In addition, they charge fees for the return of items.
The surprise charge has left a very bitter taste and I won't be ordering from Manebi again.
I'd strongly advise other UK customers to shop elsewhere unless you're prepared for potentially significant hidden costs on top of your order total.
Poor communication and lack of transparency, as well as very poor customer service. Would not recommend!!

Sometimes delivery takes a little longer and service when issue is trying to do their best, but so far we always found a solution. Express order with extra costs can be tricky, because often orders can be delayed.
Overall, I fully recommend Manebi and can’t wait for new colors to arrive in the open wedges! 😍

More than 15 days to recieve my order
More than 48 hours to recieve my answer about the situation by WhatsApp (I still wait for the email answer)
The only thing that tell me is that the problem is from the courier but they don’t tell me anything else…
