Good quality of product and fast delivery
It was a good experience because first of all I received a reminder for a summer offer, so I bought my shoes in a better price. I have previous experience with Manebi for the same shoes, and that is why I bought them again. The quality of product is great and also the delivery was fast.

The customer service has informed me that there has been a problem with the picture uploaded and they offered to pay the return this time (even if the return is usually at client’s expenses).

Beware of high shipping and additional custom charges.
Please be aware that you will have to pay £40 import tax on the value of your order before promotional discounts are subtracted. My order came to less but because the cost before the discount was over £135 I still had to pay the £40, add on the £15 shipping and if you want to send stuff back an additional £15 then it all adds up.

I received the wrong item and I had to pay 15 euros to return it, added to the 10 euro shipping cost, that is half the price of an item I did not get to keep (item value is 60 euro). Moreover, the item was not as depicted on site, despite the wrong color that I received, and the return process not too easy. All in all, there are better places and products to shop online. Quite a disappointing experience.

Smaller size than the usual
I like very much their style but unfortunately the size does not fit. The website states that the shoes should be ordered in the usual size, which I did. However, one pair of shoes is too small and the other, its sandals and there are marginal.
For me its long procedure to return and take bigger so i dont Know.....

Complicated and costly return process
Unfortunately, I had to learn today that the previously accepted return has now been cancelled without any notice to me.
I am returning the shoes because the size does not fit. The website states that the shoes should be ordered in the usual size, which I did. However, one pair of shoes is too large and the other too small.
Since I did not make any mistakes during the order and this clearly appears to be a production fault, I find it unacceptable that I should incur additional return shipping costs.
