Great product, great service
First off, the website is easy to use and easy to place an order. I was surprised that it only took two days to receive the two pairs of sandals I ordered, and again when I discovered one pair was too small the customer service response was very speedy and efficient. Additionally, the styles are really appealing!

Kein seriöses Unternehmen…
Ich habe zwei Paar Schuhe bestellt bei Manebi. Als ich sie erhalten habe, fand ich den Preis einfach zu hoch, die Qualität erschien mir nicht gut. Das eine Paar war auch deutlich kleiner als die angegebene Größe.
Ich schickte beide Schuhe in Originalverpackung zurück. Ich erhielt jedoch nur die Rückerstattung eines Paares (abzüglich Versandkosten) ich kontaktierte den Kundenservice und schilderte, dass ich beide Schuhe zurück geschickt habe. Der Kundenservice hielt mich immer weiter hin, stellte mir Fragen, die ich längst schon beantwortet habe und behauptete dann nach zick Mails, ich hätte nur ein Paar zurück geschickt! Dann antworteten sie einfach nicht mehr. Nachdem ich weitere schlechte Bewertungen in Bezug auf den Kundenservice gelesen habe, ging mir ein Licht auf.
Das hier ist kein seriöses Unternehmen und ich habe nun 130 Euro verloren. Ich werde das nun meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung vorlegen. Ich rate jedem vom Kauf ab!

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. First and last purchase from this company. Shoes were worn and all evening I had to adjust the sandals because they kept slipping. When you go to chat they give you bot replies, when you email them they copy and paste. Furthermore, the arrogance of CS is disgusting. We are in EU and it should have been mandatory to learn that despite items being worn, the customer still has the right to return for refund. Enjoy the 1 star.

Nah, I picked the right size, and I did not try to send back the item “weeks after” It was maybe less than 2 days. Worn only once. Videos and pictures were useless because the shoes start to slip after maybe 5 mins and Im not going to catwalk for 5 mins just so you can have your video. Your customer service team is abysmal, and this review will stay up. If you want I can show everyone who browses this review the screenshots of the emails back and forth.

Slipperiness can depend on various external factors such as surface type, environmental conditions, or improper use, and it is not classified as a conformity issue. For this reason, it does not fall under the legal guarantee.
We also kindly note that our team requested photos and videos in order to evaluate your claim, but we did not receive any further response from you. Without documentation or evidence, it is not possible for us to assess the situation or confirm the existence of a defect.

Ma le scarpe arrivano?
Buongiorno, ho compilato il vostro format per la spedizione ( assurdo che in Milano non ci siano negozi per poterle ritirare a mano) dove indicavo l’indirizzo della spedizione.
Arrivano al step di effettuare il pagamento e il sistema mi conferma che le scarpe saranno spedite all’indirizzo di residenza dell’intestazione della carta! Assurdo..per cosa ho compilato a fare lo step della spedizione?? E sopratutto vi ho scritto per correggere, mi avete risposto che avete comunicato al trasportatore l’indirizzo corretto ma al momento non ho ancora ricevuto niente!

Ho comprato dei sandali da mare online. Estericamente bellissimi ma la qualità pessima. La plastica era talmente dura che al primo utilizzo mi ha creato dei tagli profondi sulle dita dei piedi e non ho potuto più indossarli.

Ci deve essere stato qualche problema…
Ci deve essere stato qualche problema nell’assemblaggio dei sandali perché sono fallati. Infatti il cordino della caviglia è più lungo del cordino del polpaccio e questo crea un difetto brutto alla vista oltre che essere anche scomodo da portare . Per 160 euro mi aspettavo un’ attenzione ai dettagli maggiore.

Il reso è a pagamento.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe che, pur essendo della mia solita taglia, hanno una vestibilità chiaramente ridotta. Sul sito era indicata una "vestibilità regolare", ma la realtà è ben diversa. Le scarpe sono risultate troppo corte e del tutto inutilizzabili.
Per restituirle ho dovuto sostenere le spese di reso.
Trovo scorretto che un errore del venditore ricada sul cliente. Non acquisterò più.

I absolutely love your style but not comfy
I absolutely love your style and the designs are stunning — truly unique! However, the fits are extremely tight and quite uncomfortable. The soles also feel really hard, unfortunately. Still, I won’t leave a bad review because I genuinely admire the colors and the creativity of the models. That said, comfort really does matter!

Inconvenient and expensive return
Beautiful shoes and quick delivery, but unfortunately they were too tight. Return policy is awful : return fees on customers and no exchange, so I would need to buy them again and pay for delivery again... What a disappointment. I won't re-order the right size...

Purtroppo questa volta non sono per niente soddisfatta. Credo che gli acquisti online abbiano una qualità inferiore o forse potrebbero essere cose difettate. Tra l’altro ho acquistato un articolo in preorder disponibile dal 7 luglio e per questo non a saldo. Ho richiesto le scarpe il 4 luglio e dunque nulla da dire sulla velocità della spedizione… a mio avviso sono palesemente difettate ed è un pevatto visto il costo e a prezzo pieno
