Poor quality of merchandise
Poor quality of merchandise, customer service does not provide international customers with the required documentation necessary to return a package back to Europe, and the customer service team did not respond to multiple attempts to resolve the matter via their website message portal. They do not provide a direct customer service email address. Completely unacceptable, do not order from this company.

Mancata consegna e pessimo servizio.
Il prodotto è buono, ma il prezzo è decisamente eccessivo. Ho acquistato on line, la prima volta dopo il pagamento e solo prima della consegna mi hanno detto che la merce non era disponibile e ho dovuto cambiare il colore scelto. Un'altra volta invece non è stato proprio consegnato e avrei dovuto rivalermi io sul corriere che poi sono semplicemente le Poste Italiane e non un corriere che permette una maggior tracciabilità e garanzia.

Desideriamo però chiarire che l’ordine in questione risale all’inizio di aprile, mentre la segnalazione da parte Sua ci è pervenuta solo all’inizio di agosto. Dall’analisi del tracking risulta che tutti i prodotti ordinati sono stati correttamente spediti e consegnati all’indirizzo da Lei indicato.
Purtroppo, una volta trascorsi troppi mesi, non è più possibile aprire indagini con il corriere. Per questo tipo di segnalazioni è necessario contattarci tempestivamente, così da poter intervenire e verificare ogni eventuale problema.
Ci teniamo a rassicurarLa che mettiamo sempre la massima cura nella qualità dei prodotti e dei materiali utilizzati, e ci impegniamo a garantire un servizio impeccabile.

Perfect sandals!
I bought the Chloe Chunky Gladiator Leather Sandals (Alex Rivière Studio x Manebí) in black, size 39. Perfect fit! I’m usually a US 8–8.5, and the 39 worked perfectly. For comparison, I have Ancient Greek Sandals in 39 and my toes are right on the edge of those. These definitely have a bit more length.
The leather is great quality, and they seem comfortable when trying on. Shipping was impressively fast: I ordered late Friday night and they arrived in California by Wednesday, all the way from Italy.
If you’re a true 8, I’d suggest going with 38. I have narrow feet, but the footbed seems roomy enough to work for wider feet too. Love them!

Manebi, style, élégance casual
Désolée d’écrire en français, mais ce serait plus compliqué pour moi en anglais.
J’habite à Mougins et je connais parfaitement votre boutique à Cannes, qui est d’ailleurs magnifique.
J’ai acheté deux paires de sandales. Attention elles taillent petit, je suis un peu serrée dedans c’est dommage mais elles sont magnifiques, ne pas hésiter à prendre la taille supérieure.
J’ai également acheté un petit sac et il est vraiment mini
les photos donnent l’illusion qu’il est beaucoup plus grand
Cela reste néanmoins un joli petit sac, mais à part l’iPhone, la carte de Credit et une clé de voiture, pas grand-chose de plus à pouvoir mettre dedans.
Enfin la livraison a été ultra rapide dans un carton bien emballé. Bravo.
Je recommande, je trouve le style Manebi, beau, élégant et abordable

Incredible service!!! Purchased suede sandals on a holiday in Cannes last year, and after wearing them only twice the sole came loose. Reached out to them via Instagram and within no time the issue was resolved and a new pair was on its way(NL).

Pratiche ingannevoli sui resi
Attenzione! Manebì non permette il rimborso monetario degli articoli in saldo, anche se la legge lo garantisce. Usano pratiche ingannevoli: nel processo di reso fanno credere di poter scegliere il metodo di rimborso, ma in realtà impongono solo il voucher. Hanno negato il rimborso monetario dopo esplicita richiesta, sostenendo che una volta emesso il voucher non può essere annullato.
Sulla pagina alcune scarpe riportano “resi non ammessi”, ma non lo invocano come argomentazione perché sanno che la legge non può essere derogata. Di fatto ottengono però ciò che vogliono: non ti permettono di riavere i soldi ma ti obbligano a spendere ancora sul loro sito.
Fate attenzione! Se volete richiedere il reso di articoli in saldo, verificate bene le opzioni e contattateli subito per segnalarlo.
Pessima esperienza: prodotti carini, ma politica ingannevole e irrispettosa verso i consumatori.

Ci teniamo però a chiarire alcuni punti: l’acquisto da lei effettuato rientrava nella promozione Family & Friends, che prevedeva prezzi fortemente ribassati e per la quale, come indicato sul sito al momento dell’ordine, i resi non erano ammessi.
Nonostante ciò, desiderosi di venirle incontro e garantirle la migliore esperienza possibile, abbiamo comunque accettato il reso ed emesso un voucher, che risulta essere stato poi utilizzato con successo per un acquisto successivo.
Il nostro obiettivo è offrire sempre un servizio attento, trasparente e orientato alla soddisfazione dei clienti, e siamo sinceramente dispiaciuti se questo non è stato pienamente percepito.
Se ritenesse di voler riconsiderare la sua recensione, le saremmo davvero grati: per noi il feedback dei clienti è fondamentale, e sapere che il nostro impegno è riconosciuto ci aiuta a crescere e migliorare ogni giorno.

I just received my Suede & Jute Lace-Up Sandals and I couldn’t be happier! I was a little hesitant to order online since some reviews mentioned the shoes run tight, but I have no regrets. From the moment I opened the box, I loved them — the color, the details, and the quality of the material are all beautiful.
I normally wear size 39 and ordered the same, and they fit me perfectly. I do have narrow feet, so that might be why the fit is so ideal. They are super comfortable, elegant, and easy to wear.
On top of that, delivery was very quick. Overall, I’m really impressed and so glad I ordered them!

15 Euro Abzug bei der Erstattung finde ich in Ordnung, aber dann müßte es auch komfortabel funktionieren. Außer der Ankündigung zum Abzug, passiert aber nichts.
Schöne Ware, aber zu kleine Schuhe behalten müssen ist blöd.
Für den Gesamtpreis ( einmal passend und einmal zu klein ohne Rücksendung) von fast 400 Euro gibt es dann doch noch schönere Dinge.
