The company effectively pulled the rug out from under users by promoting a full suite of capabilities, then removing key features after customers had committed to long-term or lifetime memberships. Support has also refused to provide refunds, even though the company’s own terms indicate that affected subscribers may be eligible.

I waited for 2 months before writing this cuz usually apps give the cake first then your left with scraps... but Magica AI exceeded this and more! The ability to give ideas, create, build website and landing page, and other content creation is amazing and every day i learn more about what Magica AI is capable of! 5 stars easily!

Using Galaxy.ai (Magica) feels like working with a creative assistant who already understands your aesthetic before you even speak it. The interface is intuitive, the outputs are clean, and the workflow feels like it was designed for people who move between intuition and precision. It doesn’t fight your vision — it amplifies it.

I use Magica to generate ad visuals for my vinyl decal business, and it's been a solid addition to my workflow. The quality ranges from good to great depending on the specific item I'm promoting, but overall it consistently delivers content I can actually use for social media ads. It's saved me a lot of time compared to sourcing or creating visuals from scratch. Would recommend to anyone in e-commerce looking to speed up their ad creation process.

The transition from galaxy.ai to magica.ai turned a service somewhat useful to useless. A total bait and switch. As before you think wow 15 million credits I'll be able to do so much until you find out most tasks take millions of credits. Magica has taken away any control you had. You can't select models or parameters. Dont Buy Lifetime.

Disastrous Transition: Unannounced Price Hikes and Lost Work.
I went from thoroughly enjoying Galaxy to completely losing trust in this company during their transition to Magica. What used to be a fun, creative environment has become incredibly frustrating.

The Credit & Pricing Issue

* Hidden Costs: Pricing changed per chat and render a couple of weeks before any official announcement, rapidly shrinking our credit pools without warning.
* Unannounced LLM Shift: They forced a backend switch from selected agents to a significantly more expensive Large Language Model (LLM) system without telling users.
* Budget Ruined: Because you cannot change back to your previous setup mid-project, my long-term project budget is completely blown.

Disappearing Work & Poor Support

* Severe Data Loss: The system lost a massive body of my creative work. Support completely ignored or denied the issue until I publicly escalated it on LinkedIn.
* Sluggish Recovery: It took weeks of public pressure for them to finally locate and restore my lost assets.
* Ongoing Glitches: Work continues to vanish mid-session. Even worse, it costs additional credits to repeat the failed tasks and ask support what went wrong.

Final Verdict:
I wanted to cut them some slack during a major platform overhaul, but the combination of defensive customer service, missing assets, and unannounced billing changes is unacceptable. Unless you have an endless budget and only care about automated generation, steer clear of this platform until they radically pull up their socks.

Initially I was very excited to use this platform. Sadly for me, after I'd paid for a subscription, they removed some of those prompts and then wanted payment to use them. I didn't like that to say the least. Also, some of the cuter applications have been removed and you get no response from their "customer" service. I'm really disappointed. Buyer beware.

I've been using Magica AI for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the most useful AI tools I've come across. I originally started using it to help create custom 3D models for my projects, and it has completely changed the way I approach designing and prototyping.

What really impressed me is how well it understands detailed prompts. Instead of giving generic results, it actually picks up on small design requirements and produces models that are surprisingly close to what I had in mind. I've used it to create custom mounts, kayak accessories, functional parts, and other printable designs that would have taken me hours to model from scratch. Even when the first result isn't perfect, it's very easy to refine the design through conversation until it gets exactly where I want it.

The interface is straightforward, the responses are fast, and it feels like you're collaborating with someone who actually understands design instead of just generating random shapes. It's become a regular part of my workflow, especially for brainstorming ideas and turning concepts into printable models.

Of course, no AI is perfect, and every once in a while a model needs a little tweaking, but that's true with any design tool. The important part is that Magica AI gets you 90–95% of the way there in a fraction of the time.

If you're into 3D printing, product design, prototyping, or even just creating custom parts for hobbies, I highly recommend giving it a try. It has saved me countless hours and helped me create projects I probably wouldn't have attempted otherwise. I'm genuinely excited to see how it continues to improve because it's already become one of the tools I use the most.

It creates very beautiful content. I do not like the credit system that it uses for video correction. If I pay for it first but then it doesn't create what I wanted, I shouldn't have to pay the full credits. Access to support is also very limited and not impressive for an AI platform.

They don’t send subscription reminders and they don’t give refunds on service, even if you delete the account. In my opinion, their credit system is a complete scam, which is probably why they don’t show how much each service costs in credits on their site before you purchase a subscription. Pretty sure it cost less than directly using AI tools only because you only get a small fraction of use out of the available tools. The interface is also trash and their customer service is terrible. I can’t recommend this site to anyone serious. It exists for people that don’t understand AI.

I purchased Magica as a lifetime deal expecting a platform that would provide access to the leading AI models and enable me to complete real business work. Unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the most disappointing lifetime deals I have purchased.

The biggest problem is the credit system. Credits are consumed at an astonishing rate, often before you can complete even relatively straightforward tasks. In practice, this means you spend more time worrying about running out of credits than actually getting work done. A platform that is supposed to improve productivity ends up doing the exact opposite.

The marketing creates the impression that you can use multiple leading LLMs from one place. While that sounds compelling, the aggressive credit consumption makes the platform impractical for anyone who intends to use it for meaningful, day-to-day work.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the complete lack of customer support. I contacted support with genuine concerns but never received a response. When customers are ignored, it creates the impression that feedback is not valued. For any software business, responsive support is a key part of building trust, and in my experience that was missing entirely.

I don't mind paying for quality software, and I understand that AI infrastructure is expensive. However, if you are selling a lifetime deal, customers reasonably expect lasting value. In my experience, the current credit model significantly undermines that value.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product, particularly the lifetime deal. Unless the credit system becomes much more practical and customer support becomes responsive, I believe there are better alternatives available.

I hope the team takes this feedback seriously because the idea behind the platform has potential. Unfortunately, the execution has fallen well short of the expectations set by the product's positioning.

MAJICA PAYS $15 in credits for a five star review here. I gave it one star and refused to credit my account. So don't believe any of the glowing reviews here. We are all just desperate enough to post here just to keep using our prepaid account.

I've been an annual PAID PRO member for nine months. When I joined as GALAXY, the interfaces were great, and a good value. They rewarded users millions of free credits for posting positive reviews on Apple and Youtube and Trust pilot. I posted eveywhere just for the credits. When GALAXY became MAJICA, everything changed. No customer support, no credit for bad image or video generations that were server errors, not customer input errors. And the new AI Agent grinds through and entire month's credits ($15) in just a few short video clips.

There are many other better platforms, many free. Do not waste your money, and worse, hours of time on this app.

There website is amazing and their image and video creation are phenomenal. My one complaint is the cost for creation of even just a short film and then it created stuff and killed my remaining balance and wont let me see the stuff or allow me to re-due the prompt due to its error cause I am out of creidts

The great galaxyAI turning to Magica nightmare, I "contracted" with lifetime access to someting totally different. I feel missled and being "tricked".

Galaxy.ai was a much better program and much more easier to use with a logical interface. I can't even figure out how to create a simple image now without stupid add-ons. In addition, It's difficult or they eliminated the multi-ability to choose different rendering engines! After my year subscription runs out, I'm done. In addition when I sent in questions about why something doesn't work, the answer is "We don't really care about you and what you want! We have your $$ and you can cancel if you wish. You are nothing to us, just another user."

Very support oriented. Delivers as promised and allows earning credits to run jobs.

I was a huge fan of this service when it was Galaxy AI. After trying it for a month, I was so pleased with the experience that I purchased an annual subscription. Unfortunately, since the company became Magica.ai, it feels like a fundamentally different and significantly less useful product.

Galaxy AI offered a collection of individual tools that were easy to find, save, and use with predictable results. Magica.ai has replaced much of that experience with a general prompt-based interface, similar to ChatGPT, where you describe what you want the platform to do.

Transcription is a good example. Previously, I could open the transcription tool, upload an audio file, and receive the transcription. Some of the original tools still appear to exist as “nodes,” but they are tucked away and much harder to find.

When I attempted to request a transcription through the new prompt-based interface, the process took roughly four times as long and used about twice as many credits to produce essentially the same result. This is not an improvement from my perspective. It is slower, more expensive, and more cumbersome.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I purchased a full year based on my positive experience with Galaxy AI. When I requested a refund because the service had changed so substantially, I was told that refunds were not available under the terms and conditions.

I understand that companies update their products, but this does not feel like a minor update or redesign. It feels like a very different service. Holding customers to an annual subscription after materially changing the product they believed they were purchasing feels unfair and, frankly, shady.

If I were reviewing the former Galaxy AI, I would have had nothing but delighted things to say. Based on my experience with Magica.ai so far, however, I cannot recommend either the new platform or the company behind it.

At that time, I believed I was investing in a service that would continue to improve and reward those who supported it early. Unfortunately, my experience since the transition to MAGICA has been one of steady decline.
The biggest issue is accuracy. The AI frequently ignores prompts, misinterprets instructions, and produces images that bear little resemblance to the requested content. Even simple corrections often require multiple attempts, quickly consuming credits without delivering usable results. For example, it used $100 in credits and managed to create ONE correct image.

From my perspective, the quality of the service has deteriorated significantly since the change from Galaxy AI to MAGICA. What was once a platform with real promise has become frustratingly unreliable. Whether it's prompt adherence, image quality, or overall consistency, the experience today is nowhere near what I expected when I made my lifetime purchase.
As a lifetime member, I find this particularly frustrating. While I understand that AI image generation is not perfect, I expect reasonable consistency and a platform that doesn't force users to burn through credits simply trying to get the AI to follow basic instructions.

Customer support is, for all practical purposes, nonexistent. There appears to be no meaningful access to human support—only an AI assistant that is itself prone to mistakes, misunderstandings, and inaccurate responses. When the platform has problems, users are left trying to resolve them through another AI that often cannot provide a solution. It is incredibly frustrating to ask an AI for help with problems caused by another AI.
What makes this even more disappointing is the wasted potential. MAGICA has an attractive interface and some impressive features, but reliability and customer service matter far more than appearance. An AI image generator is only as good as its ability to produce what users ask for consistently, and a company is only as good as its willingness to support its customers when things go wrong.
At this point, I cannot recommend purchasing a membership. There are just too many well-functioning options. The value simply isn't there if the system repeatedly wastes credits correcting its own mistakes; the quality has declined since the Galaxy AI days, and there is no effective human customer support when issues arise.
Unless substantial improvements are made to prompt accuracy, image consistency, credit handling, and customer support, prospective buyers should proceed with caution.

I invested in Galaxy AI because I believed in its future. As a lifetime member, it is disappointing to see that future replaced by a service that, in my experience, delivers lower-quality results, consumes excessive credits, and offers little meaningful support when problems occur.

When attempting to cancel your subscription, they respond by saying they cannot process your request because it was clearly mentioned in the description, even if you canceled before the payment was made. They refuse to issue a refund!

This app is a life changer i can run all my different businesses from this platform. Ive learned how to prompt correctly and do so many other things professionally if i could give this platform a score higher than 5 stars i would. I will be sharing this platform to all my friends, family, and business partners
