Worked in this platform during its previous incarnation as Galaxy. Was very hesitant to switch but glad I did. The new task and flow are just what is needed regardless of your level. Being able to store models and scenes for re-use keeps quality consistent across outputs. Proceed along the same lines as individual models but more access to models in one spot.

It was great but now they charge way more credits than they used to for less decent results then charge you twice as much to fix it. Almost like their business model is to screw it up so you spend more - since changing from Galaxy to Magica this is no longer my AI aggregator of choice and wearing down my credits to pull out altogether. They also pay 15m credits for me to leave an honest review - this is my honest opinion and I am doing it payment or not.

This is the greatest AI tool I have come across. 100s of applications for personal and work uses. Could not speak more highly of.

This is truly a great tool for creation

Personally I have not had a positive experience with this company. I had a year subscription at one point which I let it cancel after the year. I had 123,000,000 credits over that time that I did not use.

Once the subscription cancelled I could not use the credits I paid for even though it says you can. When I try to type in a prompt it brings up the subscription options.

I reached out to the CS when it was Galaxy.ai and had one response and nothing after that they ghosted me. I thought I would try to come back when it was Magica now to see if I could use the credits I am owed.

I went to the chat bot which said it would send me over to a CS rep which I waited for about 20 minutes and nothing. They do not have a number from what I could find and you had to have a subscription to get priority CS (Which I am always against as I believe that is bad practice so I would never buy from any company that does not put every customer first which is most now.)

I thought about reupping my subscription but still CS is non existent so why would I.

Anyways I will send in an FCC complaint to see if that will go anywhere since I can not use credits I rightfully paid for.

Muss dazu sage, dass ich ein 86 Jahre alter Rentner bin, nicht viel Geld besitze, aber jeden Tag aktiv und creativ am PC verbringe. Die Vielfalt von MAGICA hat mich regelrecht erschlagen. Credits waren so schnell verbraucht, ich kam gar nicht mehr nach !
Für jüngere Leute OK, aber für uns Senioren einfach zu umpfangreich und unübersichtlich.

Magica is incredible. It has really been an awesome tool for my work as a quality manager since it has helped me create so many procedures and presentations with very detailed information. With Magica I am able to do the work that previously took me weeks to complete in a matter of minutes.

What a great value! Powerful tools at a great price. I've shopped around at many different AI agent subscriptions and Magica is the best by far. Not only is it affordable, but you get multiple AI agent resources in one place. Highly recommend.

I started using Magica last year and i have to say I love it!! Its almost like a personal assistant that has learned from all my tasks and requests. It's hard to be without it now! must have!

I like this software and it's features, however I'm not understanding why they still have the Sora option if we can't make any creatives with that tool.

Since Magica acquired galaxy.ai, the service quality has plummeted. I purchased a lifetime subscription under the impression that the advertised 200 million credits would be sufficient for my projects. However, a single cartoon consumed 77 million credits, and after using additional credits to correct errors caused by their AI, I was left with only 7 million. When I attempted to create a short video, it consumed those remaining credits and then demanded more payment just to download my project, effectively locking me out of my work. To make matters worse, customer support ignored my complaints and refused to provide a refund. In my experience, this service is a scam; you will end up paying an exorbitant amount of money just to complete any meaningful work. Avoid this platform.

I used to love this website when it was Galaxy AI. Recently though they moved everything over to an all-in-one AI agent and appreciated all other tools on the site. What they didn't tell you is that when they did this it would force you to use the all-in-one agent, takes away complete creative control, and now you can't even afford to make a video on their site because the all-in-one agent cost more than the actual credits they give you per month. To make a video it used to cost 3 million credits and now it costs 40 million. They also refused to give refunds and I'm currently fighting them on this

Magica is the most powerful tool to have these days! The amount of AI tools they offer, the affordability, and the ease of use is spectacular and nothing comes close…I plan to be a long time subscriber, truly the best in the industry today!

Not long before Galaxy.ai became Magica, I purchased a lifetime membership for a not-inexpensive sum. It promised 15M credits monthly, which was fine because all of my use cases were adding up to around 10M per month and my "bank" was constantly growing. As soon as Magica took over and implemented their "One Agent" feature, this product has become NOT what I purchased. It went from an aggregator of hundreds of various AI tools to trying to be ChatGPT or Claude without owning its own LLM. Because of this, every task now calls to expensive LLMs and the user is charged for it. In less than two months my "bank" has dropped from over 100M credits down to 60M. One task today to review some existing code in my github repo cost me 13M today alone, that's nearly 1 month's worth of credits used for one code review task. This is no longer worth it and if I wasn't already locked in lifetime I would never use this product again.
