I have used multiple AI tools and none of them come close to being able to handle the tasks and solve my problems like Magica has. It’s a simple setup and allows for you to be able to have all the tools you would ever need all in one spot. As an educator and football coach, it has saved me HOURS of time in my week and has helped me become more efficient in my job and with my daily tasks. The data analysis it provides has helped me to dive deeper and find better solutions to the problems I have to deal with and cleans it all up to provide easy to read outputs. I’ve even started trying to build simple apps and dashboards which I would never have been able to do on my own and again have simplified and streamlined jobs and processes that have taken me hours to complete in the past. I cannot recommend this enough to people who have tried one or multiple AI agents because it has all of them in one place and gives you the tools you need to be successful in whatever tasks you need help accomplishing.

Magica AI has turned out to be a solid addition to my workflow. While the early stages felt a bit rocky with constant bugs and execution issues, the developers deserve credit for how actively they've polished the platform.

The overall functionality and responsiveness are vastly improved today.

What Stands Out

Model Reasoning Transparency: My favorite feature is being able to see the model’s internal reasoning step-by-step as it processes a prompt. It pulls back the curtain on how the engine interprets instructions, which has been wildly effective for prompt engineering and refining my inputs.

Intuitive Interface: Navigation is straightforward and low-friction, making it easy to jump straight into work without fighting the UI.

The Main Downside

Opaque Credit Usage: My biggest complaint is the credit calculation system. The burn rate feels arbitrary. (It could just be a lack of my understanding) I will run what seems like a standard, lightweight text request and lose a chunk of credits, only to perform a multi-step or visual generation task that burns far less than expected. The lack of a clear breakdown for token overhead, context retention, or backend model switching leaves credit consumption feeling unpredictable.

Despite the confusing credit mechanics, the performance improvements and transparent reasoning output make Magica AI a tool I consistently rely on.

Ever since the change from Galaxi.ai to Magica, the performance has taken a huge nose dive in my opinion. I will not be renewing and am extremely disappointed. Trying to create a simple banner, it couldn't even create READABLE TEXT, the most basic of requests! And it took FOREVER TO DO THIS and I have millions of credits banked!

In my minimal use of AI tools, Magica was in my Facebook feed and I was curious. I have been a member ever since. When ever I don't like what Magica gave me for an image for my t-shirt business, the AI tools came back with my vision the second attempt. Once in a blue moon we don't understand each other. But I am learning this awesome tool so, You will be happy you signed up.

Completely ruined the experience once they switched from Galaxy to Magica. The dusty agent hallucinates, creates whatever it wants, doesn´t follow the prompts,generates gazillion text logs I HAVE NO TIME to read and steals MILLIONS of credits for things I used to spend maybe 100k.

I have a lifetime membership. Unopened 4 tickets in November and December. 2025 and to date have not received a single reply from them. The current state of the app is unusable. No matter what prompt I try for image generation. It says I violated a rule. Use pollo.ai it's much better

Great for small to medium businesses. Helps with tough image, video, email and other projects. Can take your general email blah and make it sound much more professional!

I love this app. I got it to create videos for my business and once in, I found out it does so much more. I am using it to build a complete marketing program and automations. It's saving me so much time and creating a way to keep me in the field without worrying about hours lost doing tasks that it handles with ease. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for simple creative to in-depth automations for their business.

It made me think like a filmmaker... But also... the inspiring filmmaker that knows how to drive everyone insane in my community. I've learned something about cinematic with my top-notch Sora-like videos. I cannot wait for more things to come. Hands down! 🙌

Ok people, you might have seen some of the many fake five star reviews that Magica pays people to write (its not a myth, they do offer people 15m free credits to leave glowing reviews) but here is the truth... since the forced transition from Galaxy A.i to Magica (about two months ago), the platform has become 95% useless, most of the features and options that Galaxy had have been stripped away, the ones that remain are lousy. You are now forced to use the most expensive version for all chats; video and audio generations and said generations are slow, expensive and often totally inaccurate.

Just simple chats can now eat through millions of credits, image generation is surprisingly expensive and video, forget it, your credits will be used up after just a few generations. And its not only when you click ‘generate’ that you get charged. I was noticing credits being taken away just for logging in and switching between pages, failed and false generations are also charged, some chats are charging 2m credits per response, are you kidding me!!

I had a bad feeling about it when the switch from A.i Galaxy to Magica happened but thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt, sadly my worst fears have all been realised.

Also there is pretty much no customer service, when my account inexplicably stopped working, I contacted customer service countless times but soon learned it doesn’t exist! It’s 100% A.i and its clueless, its gives generic and worthless answers that mean nothing.
I genuinely mourn the loss of A.i Galaxy, it was a beautiful platform that worked brilliantly, this sad sorry imposter they call “magica” is a waste of time and money.

Finally, do not allow them to steal your money, you can and should cancel direct debit agreements with your bank or ask the bank to do a chargeback, this company is fraudulent and dishonest and I suspect they won’t be around much longer given their current business practices.

Do not be fooled by the high-credit monthly plans. Magica.ai (formerly Galaxy.ai) advertises 15 million credits as a massive allowance that will easily cover a full month of heavy use. In reality, their credit system is a moving target that rapidly drains your balance on basic tasks.

In a single 3-hour troubleshooting session involving basic Q&A and screenshots, the platform burned through over 12.5 million credits across ~50 agent executions—leaving me with barely 2 million credits for the remainder of the month. What makes this worse is that prior to their rebrand/transition to Magica, credit value was far more reasonable. Behind the scenes, the value per credit has been drastically degraded, making standard API/LLM calls cost millions of credits for a single chat session.

To top it off, customer support is virtually non-existent. Emails regarding billing discrepancies, credit deductions, and support inquiries go completely ignored. You are left with zero recourse, no account-level transparency for how individual executions are calculated, and a subscription that runs dry in a matter of hours.

If you are considering subscribing, save your money. The advertised credit limits are completely misleading, and the service does not deliver fair value. I am filing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and initiating a payment dispute. Avoid this platform.

Used Galaxy and was really happy, got a lifetime access. Magica chaged all my favorite used effects. Never ever ended in a "one time purchase" ever, before now. THAT is how BAD Magica is... And people claim they have used Magica since 2025, true lie, Magica came SPRING 2026... REMOVE LIERS!!!!

Magica has most tools that you need. It says it can choose the right tool for your task, but I am not happy with its image editing. Whereas I could adjust clarity, remove objects and change scenes accurately with PhotoShop, Magica messes it. I think users should choose the dedicated video and image editing tools instead of Magica. On the other hand, I cleaned up the voice, hisses, and noises in a video quickly and neatly and even changed the voice without any difficulty. When it comes to text-based work such as manuscript rewriting, it does a good job. In summary, do your own image and video editing. Use magica for msart work involving text and knowledge.

I would like to say this app is great. So many options and a lot of different Apps in the app I had it build a really cheap app just to test it and it came out great.
The only downfall is when it switched to Magica the credits used became more expensive.

Was great when it was Galaxy Ai. Loved it, bought the lifetime. Then it changed to Magica and I feel very scammed out of my money. Credit cost is insane when it wasn't before. 15 million free credits a month equal a few videos. You have to dig now to not use the agent which cost even more. The video generator I loved is gone. It went from great to a terrible purchase. I would avoid and find a different product.

This AI app is a 100% scam after transitioning from galaxy AI. A 5 sec video now costs 3M credits.So 5 videos you used up the entire month's quota.A lot of previously useful features are also gone. Don't fall in the traps by those positive reviews which are very likely fake

Magica is an awesome AI tool to use. I use to create videos from prompts and create professional documents for executive team in minutes. Makes me look great on my job. Highly recommended.
