After very long waiting time MagFast sent me my 2 white charging cables. When I was trying to register them to have their “ life time warranty “ - and I have followed their instructions - it came out with the message “ isn’t one we have ever shipped “ ???
I sent messages, emails and tried to call them.
So far no response. Very frustrating

Love the quality of all my items. I have gifted several charging cords to friends & family. They too love them!

The material the new luxs cable of Candy Pink luxs are awsome the charging is a lot faster then the first ones that came out in the beginning when u started out.

It is very sturdy and it protects my phone nicely! It shows the color of my phone beautifully!

I recently received my MAGFAST products and have been putting them to work in my home office.

The shipment arrived in good order, registration was straightforward, and installation was a learning experience rather than a challenge. I've worked with automation and technology for decades, yet I still found myself learning new ways to use these products effectively.

My first priority was replacing the traditional wall charger setup that had served me faithfully for years. Once I began using the power brick and cables, I quickly realized how much cleaner and more organized my workspace could become. Because I use a Google Pixel 8A, I added a MagSafe-compatible adapter ring to the back of my phone. Installation was simple, and it worked immediately.

What impressed me most was not simply receiving the products after a long wait, but discovering how they fit together as a complete charging ecosystem. As I continue exploring the capabilities of the Database Pro and reorganizing the wiring in my study, my office already looks cleaner, more efficient, and more elegant.

Like many people in my retirement community, I am surrounded by accomplished professionals who readily admit that modern technology is not always their strong suit. These products do require some learning and experimentation to unlock their full potential, but that has been part of the enjoyment for me.

The devices themselves are well designed, the setup process was smooth, and the overall experience has been positive. Receiving the products was gratifying. Learning how to use them effectively has been rewarding.

My respect and thanks to Seymour and the MAGFAST team for creating a thoughtful and innovative system.

Upfront & honest with updates to receive a quality product!

The products are first rate. But, I never received the free vacation that they said would be awarded for ordering multiple products. Never received any information on that. Secondly, they broke the products up into multiple shipments and supposedly the shipping was free. I did get charged for shipping on one cable that they sent me which was part of a full order. Contacting magfast and getting a response, I give one star. Also I had some points earned and when went to place an order using those points, they said I had zero and when I went to my Magfast account it showed my points. I’ve never changed my email address and it’s been very frustrating.The products I give 5 stars but the rest get one star hence the 3 star rating. I’m hesitant to order again. The product wait is too long.

The most exciting charging station I’ve seen. Price point and delivery timing was worth the wait. Can charge several phones,watch,laptop & much more at the same time. The Lux charging cables are so impressive I had to purchase many more for presents. I have to admit unboxing all of the MagFast products purchased was a great experience on the birthday. Strongly suggest getting any product sold by MagFast.

MAGFAST products are truly the best! They are high quality, beautiful and high functioning. The cables and charging devices are VERY fast, complete charge in an hour or less. The products are definitely top of class and the customer service is great as well. I am now a life- long customer and investor. I LOVE MAGFAST!

I have been involved with MAGFAST from it's infancy and have purchased and used a number of their products over time.
While the 1st generation of their products were leading edge at the time, there were some issues with some of them. The 2nd (latest) generation of their products are light-years ahead of their 1st generation. I have purchased and used the MAGFAST Powerbrick Pro 140W and the MAGFAST Lux Pro charging cables and they are spectacular. Both products provide a very fast charging experience and the cables are much larger and very robust and I expect them to far outlast the earlier generation of charging cables. Each charging cable comes with it's own USB-A Adapter and the latest ones associated with the MAGFAST Lux Pro charging cables have been improved by adding girth to the non-metallic base that allowed a slot on one side through which the included cable tie can be slipped through and be permanently attached to charging cable itself, greatly reducing the chance of losing it and it's available for use, when and where needed, substantially increased. BZ's to the entirety of the MAGFAST Team for a job well done.

Always and outstanding experience with MAGFAST! Great products and service. Customer Service is very responsive and delivers excellent care. Highly recommend! Products are well designed, well built and highly durable. Well worth the price. Great value for every purchase.

Even though shipping and communication needs improvement, the products are good ( in my opinion ) .Packaging is really nice and for now from what I received ( gen 1 , carry on and gen 2 ) I am impressed. Maybe i should not give 5 star but it is for the litle change i see and for the products .
