Been waiting for my order since July one of last year after various back-and-forth emails they told me that I would receive an email when my order was shipped. Never receive an email got tired requested a cancellation and then received an email that my shipment was already delivered. I never received anything. I’m out over $700.

I have set up my first set of new products. Data Base Pro and Air Pro with the new Lux Pro cables. This is just amazing and even have some other stuff running on here also. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Thank you to MAGFAST you guys are the best.

I have been involved with Magfast for yesrs. Watched with complications with different things. Staying positive and keeping us informed was why I stayed around. Now these Gen 2 products are getting shipped. I received my Lux Pro cable and Powerbrick Pro. Such top notch products. You can feel the quality in you hand. Then using the product was like WOW! Thank you Magfast for you honesty and imagination

My new Air Pro is the king of heavy weight charges! It's sturdy and you can tell a ton of work went into it's craftsmanship. No cutting corners and impeccable quality. I know it comes in a variety of colors now, but the slate grey is my favorite. It supercharges multiple phones at once! I have had many chargers in my lifetime but none charges my phone faster especially when using my lux cable. I highly recommend you order yours because nobody will ever beat the lifetime limited warranty on every Magfast product! Oh, I'm also an investor. Get ready to experience true wireless charging y'all!

Too soon to make a full review of the Powerbrick Pro 140. The unit is heavy, and it will fall out of any wall socket that his heavily used or worn. The next design revision should have the plug be detachable with a C7 socket for a cord to plug into the wall. Will update after a month or two of use.

Best product I ever used. The company is trying hard and I believe they will achieve all their goals.

I purchased a product from this company as a founding member before the COVID-19 pandemic (order placed in April 2019), and to this day, have not received the product.

I was patient with their communication over the past seven (7) years, but their lack of it is just appalling.
Add insult to injury, have been unable to obtain a refund despite providing multiple requests.

At this point, I'm not staying quiet anymore. They need to make this right. This is beyond unfair 😡 EVERYONE SHOULD PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION HERE!

Now that the shipping is going the way it should, getting my orders was great. the products are really fantastic.

I am extremely disappointed with Magfast’s customer service. I have been trying to get assistance since October and have sent multiple messages through their support channels, yet I have never received a single response. Not even an acknowledgment that my inquiries were received. When customers spend money on a product, they deserve basic communication and support. Being completely ignored for months is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers. Regardless of how good a product may be, customer service is a critical part of the experience, and Magfast has completely failed in that regard. If you’re considering purchasing from this company, be aware that if you need help after the sale, you may not get any response at all.

I was invited to view your presentation that also included the "free"clear Mag case. Sadly it's the middle of June and I still haven't received it! How can I tell friends and colleagues about your product when I haven't received a product to show them?

Lux Pro feels substantial and silky when you feel it. Love the beautiful colors. Looking forward to using for a long time.

Ordered the gen 2 lux pro cable and power brick pro. Packaging was top notch, on par with Apple product packaging. Quality is exceptional. I have yet to test the full capabilities of power brick pro, but I expect I will not be disappointed.

It's been almost a month since I received a partial order. I have waited approximately 18 months for my order to arrive at my doorstep. I haven't received the "Limited Edition Lux USB-C cable in Persian Red & the Lux USB A-Adapter (4 pack).
So far the Lux Pro cable and Magfast Powerbrick which I did receive work exceptionally well.
The long wait for products was a disgrace.The other issue is the pre-,recorded messages you get on Magfast customer service line that left me thinking I just got scammed out of my money

Products are as advertized just hated the longer than expected shipping, but I recieved most of my products today and I am very satisfied with what I have seen so far, I am curious though the Data base and tree need two seperate power supply I thought Data base pro was supposed to power the tower Hmmmm

Great quality product! Durable, sleek looking, easy to handle.

I have been a hopeful customer of Magfast literally for years. The marketing is slick and enthusiastic--however, the wait times for products--if they are delivered at all--is interminable. Currently I am waiting for an order place almost a year ago, having used "credits" from the first batch of products that were never delivered. The quality of the few things I have received is outstanding; however, in many cases the wait time for their "innovation" means that their competitors--larger and more nimble--have had plenty of time to eclipse Magfast products' features that were great on the design board but never made it into customers' hands. After so many letdowns, I would advise looking elsewhere for these products.

I have both Gen 1 and all available Gen 2 products from Magfast. You CAN NOT find a higher quality or better product out their. The charging cables are so beautiful and feel like silk. They don't tangle, crack or break like so many others. The whole new Gen 2 system is so beautiful and goes together so well. I'm proud to have it sitting in my living room. I highly recommend the Magfast products. It's all I buy.

Magfast reached out to arrange for me to receive my order. I appreciated that level of customer service. My products were beautifully packaged and the packaging made it easy to register my products for life time warranty coverage; the fingerprint code even supplied my product registration number! All I had to do was aim my camera and the registration was accomplished!
The best part was the quality of my MagFast products. The cords were in beautiful colors and heavy duty. My
Air Pro's and Database pros are top quality. They are better than any alternatives I have seen, just beautifully engineered. I cannot wait for new products to be released. Thank you Magfast for products of exceptional quality.

Took awhile to get the products. But it was worth the wait. Top knotch prouduct. Quality was better than exoected.
