To be honest I was skeptical…the company was on shaky ground. I am however very surprised at the high quality of these products! I have now ordered several times and all the different products. The products are ruggedly built but display quality lol! I truly believe in Magfast so much now that I invested in their company

Performed above my expectations. I was apprehensive about getting the free iPhone 18 Pro cover. I thought it would be a cheap plastic one. But the product is really good. The 2nd day after getting my phone with the MagFast cover, I dropped it on concrete. My phone was safe, no scratches, even on the cover. Very good product, and I feel confident having it on my phone.

The lux cable is beautiful & lives up to the hype. I've also received the clear case for my phone, fits perfectly, and the charging station. Love that I can charge multiple phones & heavy enough to prevent any tipping.
Looking forward to the passport chargers. Really quality products.

Only bought a case because it was on sale, they are a little pricey but super good quality and great customer service. I'd buy again even at full price.

This company is a complete scam! It's truly something which I haven't seen or deal with.

During the funding phase they basically tool investors money and promised to ship certain products. That was back in 2020, which is when I was swindled of my time and cash! I have tried over the years, just out of pure curiosity, to keep in touch with these clowns and every single time, I received empty promises and lame excuses and nothing else.

As of late, these fraudsters are trying to re-organize and spin this company into something new (ver 2.0, they call it!) and so those who have been swindled of their money and time years ago are given a new "option" to use their lost funds in what these fraudsters call "MAGbucks" which can be used along with more money and have these early investors buy their "new" products! Nothing of what they promised and what us early investors funded in both time and cash, has EVER been fulfilled or refunded!

It's been over 6 years for me. There are thousands of early investors who have been swindled and cheated!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT support these clowns! Let them go under where they belong! Do not invest one single penny in this fraudulent scheme!

If I could give this company a -20 I would. These guys are crooks. I invested in this company by pre=ordering one of their chargers over 3 years ago and never received my order. When I reached out to them about my order, I was told that they were back ordered and my order will be shipped when the next patch.

Needless to say several more months passed. I reached out to them repeatedly them finally got a response stating that the chargers that I order were now obsolete and that I would have to pay more.

This of course made me terribly upset, and I asked for a refund and was told that the company had several financial problems and if they reimbursement everyone they would file bankruptcy and then no one will receive their products or refund. To this day I still never received my chargers or a refund

I am keeping the Lux Pro cable & the Lux Powerbrick Pro 140. They are already activated. NOW my issue is with the Database Pro & the Air Pro. FIRST the Database Pro, it really looks GREAT, but I can't really use it whatsoever and I guess it is meant for people who are really into TECH. But I am keeping the little power cable, it could come in handy. SECOND as for the Air Pro, it really looks futuristic. My ONLY complaint is the fact that in order to use it just like I have seen in the Magfast videos my phone apparently needs some type of small circular magnetic strip on the back of it at all times & let's not forget that most phone cases have to be removed prior to connecting it to the device to work. Which is exactly what I have done. And it works FINE. I have decided that I can't really use the Air Pro & Database Pro, I would definitely like to return both & REQUEST an EXCHANGE for others items like the Lux Pro cable and the Passport.

So far been the best investment I could of made. Everything seems to be well made and works great. My only complaint is that I wished I spent the money to be a investor instead lol. Really good company and I highly recommend

The company's products are second to none. I don't think that's even up for debate. They are expensive products all around but you get what you pay for. I can't stress that enough. With that said, I had about 4 orders placed between August of 2025 and January of 2026 and after patiently waiting and emailing 3 different times, my orders were finally completed and delivery made August of 2026. That aspect was very very frustrating but the reward was receiving their products and they are all truly amazing. The cords are top notch, the Air Pro is a sight to use and behold, the Data Pro is amazing and so versatile and attaches to the bottom of the Air Pro. Lastly, the Power Brick 140 is an unbelievable performer. The charging times are so fast; it's truly impressive. All in all, is the wait worth it? That depends on your level of patience. Are the products worth it? They are and they are absolutely amazing.

Still waiting for over a year for order to ship. Their customer service is terrible.

OMG - these Magfast products are a.maz.ing. I loved their first generation products - I still use them, though they're in places like the laundry room and garage now - because I have the Air Pro system in my office, my kitchen, and my bedroom. My electronics are always charged at home and work, and I have a fourth system that I take when I travel - to keep everyone else charged up, too! I highly recommend Magfast to everyone I meet!

These products are so well made and very elegant. Air Pro is designed very well with enough weight to hold all your devices without falling over like cheap chargers and the Lux Pro Cables are definitely next level. I have never had a charging cable as good as the pro! They are amazing. Great job to Magfast!

I have been involved with Magfast since 2020.

As the CFO of a regional Internet Provider, I completely swapped out every charger and charging cable, and encouraged everyone in my sphere of influence to experience the Magfast difference.

I was as unhappy as everyone else when we were notified that the remainder of our Gen 1 products would not be sent. However, Seymour and team made good on the money invested by giving us MagBucks. Since then, I have purchased more than $5,000 of products, getting a 50% discount, so closer to $10,000 worth.

I have given them as gifts to friends, family, colleagues, and clients, and without exception, everyone agrees these are the most superior products on the charging market today.

As I write this review, my phone is on the Air Pro Charger with a Database Pro charging my laptop, with a camera and microphone as accessories. I have the full color suite of products and am excited to get my hands on the ceramic versions before Christmas.

I am also an investor in the Company, who has made ten separate purchases of stock.

I, like hundreds (thousands) of others paid for products that were never shipped/received. I’m now in the sixth year of waiting. They have now admitted to me that my products were never produced and. Offered credit but I could only purchase new products with 50% credit and I would have to spend 50% cash.
I was born at night, it just wasn’t last night….its now been six years, no products and I’m not sending more money to this criminal.

I discovered this company through its charging cords, and they worked super well. I then got conned into buying a package os stuff that was never going to be delivered. Once they went public about those products not being made, I demanded a refund of what I purchased. It took about 2 months of emails to get my refund issued, but they have never replaced or honored the warranties on the cords. So while the cords are great, once they need to be replaced, the lifetime warranty does not exsist.

PURE QUALITY!!! These products are out of this world professional pieces of pure joy no matter which product I use and I bought all items at the time of the offering. The pleasure of using top quality power bricks with the Luxe cords on existing devices is so wonderful and comforting my devices are well protected with quality products. The Air Pro is an absolute game changer with all the bonuses of extra wireless charging areas. The Data Base Pro kicks extra nice with all of its ports!!! MAGFAST = TOP QUALITY!!! Get them while you can because they will disappear with sales due to the quality!

I have ordered and finally received the full set of products available at this time. The quality and value of the products has been exceptional. However, i did have issues with delivery and meeting promised delivery dates. I understand they are working on resolving and improving their warehousing and delivery processes. I have also pre-ordered the power brick mini, passport power bank and time pro products and expect delivery as promised.

I started purchasing Magfast products when they were in Gen 1. The company had some logistic problems delivering on those Gen 1 products. However, they more than compensated me for my undelivered products by generously issuing double the undiscounted value of the products that I had ordered in Magbucks. When The company reorganized and began developing Gen 2 products, I was amazed at their success in turning the whole business around. I immediately began ordering Gen 2 products. I now have received 4 Air Pro kits which include the Air Pro, the Lux Pro cable and the Powerbrick Pro. I also received as a bonus gift 2 Database Pro devices. These Gen 2 products are amazing. I have 1 Air Pro kit beside my recliner in the living room, 1 Air Pro Kit beside my bed, 1 Air Pro kit in my kitchen and I gifted the 4th Air Pro kit to my sister. We are both thrilled with the Air Pro performance because we can charge our phone’s magnetically in a short time using the Chi wireless feature. These Gen Powerbrick Pro delivers the maximum charging power through the Lux Pro 6 ft. cable.
All of these products work seamlessly together to deliver a charging experience that is second to none. I can also charge my bedside earbuds at the same time as my iPhone 15 Pro and I still have an open Chi wireless port for another device when needed. I have never purchased products of such high quality at such reasonable prices as the products in the Magfast family. I even ordered a 10 pack of Lux cables ( original version) to give as gifts last Christmas. Those arrived promptly with gift bags and cards for gifting.
I will continue to order new products from Magfast as they are announced. In fact, I have currently on order, 2 Passport Pro’s and a Time Pro as well as a new ceramic Air Pro in color as a gift. Hopefully, these will arrive in time for Christmas giving as they are still in production.
I know of no company that has gone to such lengths to provide a positive customer experience as the Magfast family. The products are superior in every way and the Magfast family is fantastic in their customer support. I highly recommend all of these products as being top-of-the-line. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!!
