3 stars because my experience was neither good nor bad. I ordered the Magfast Clear Cut case for my iPhone. There seemed to be a long period from order to receipt.
It’s a rather sturdy case, with reinforcement in the corners in case I drop my phone. I have a “pocket” device that connects with my iPhone magnetically, the case interfered with that connection, until I moved the magnetic ring around the iPhone to find the “magnetic pole” sweet spot on my phone. Once found, it was all systems go. My “ pocket” connects and functions correctly, my charger works perfectly fine, so I’m a satisfied customer of the MagSafe Clear Cut case.

The products themselves are excellent, probably some of the nicest I've ever ordered. The video presentations are top notch and professionally done. However, there shipping times are horrible. I sent many, many emails requesting and update on when I would receive my order and was always told to be patient and that they were unable to even give me a tentative ship date. I finally received my order almost 11 months from when order was placed. They really need to work on their shipping.

Im an investor twice. The product is fantastic. The rating is because the delivery of goods as an investor take too long and there is no time THATS given to us for delivery. In the second investment i invested 2,000 and supposed to get some ceramic products. That was a while ago and nothing happened, no date no nothing. I also had a cable go bad and took 3 months to replace it. To me it’s a pity that this is happening because i love all the products that i have and have recommended them to other people.

Best wireless charger and charging cords in the business !!

I’ve been a fan of Magfast since the beginning. Now, I have a set of Air Pro, Powerbrick Pro and Lux Pro cables in my family room, bedroom, and office. Plus I have 2 Database Pro units in my office to run my Mac and two monitors. Everything runs so smoothly…I love it! Can’t wait for Time Pro, Powerbrick Mini, Passport, and other new products!

After waiting years through their Kickstarter campaign, I only received a portion of the promised products. The annouced it after bilking vast amounts of money out of people as investments, then spun it as a pivot because manufacturing costs had gone up ... yet, I'm still sitting here without products promised to, and paid for by, me.

The kicker, and this is the real insult, they built out a new "promotion" in which they gave you credits towards future purchases ... that's right, they kept people's money, telling them they could have a discount if they just spent more money.

Have Not received several products from several partially delivered orders
Didn't get Candy Cane duo cables
Got charged for clear case when I already paid 2 other orders!
Other problems with orders and fulfillment

I really disliked the case I got from Magfast! My phone - an iPhone 17 Pro Max always felt like it was going to slip out of my hand. I gave it a try for a couple of weeks; but couldn’t continue. I ordered an Otterbox Defender Pro and it’s great! It’s easy to grip and I have confidence that my phone will not slip out of my hand. It’s great! Just what I wanted. The iPhone 17 Pro Max cost over $1,000. It deserves a quality case like the Otterbox Defender Pro!

First orders were canceled and only credit was given. One lg battery pack stopped working and all I got was lip service. Was told they do not make any more. Still have defective pack. Second generation ordered item. The charging stands are very impressive and seem very strong. Time will tell. Still waiting for passports. These are main items that convinced me to buy second generation. Will re evaluate after receiving passports.

I love my Magfast products. Charging cords are super fast and durable. Chargers are all amazing...sleek and made well. Customer service has been swift and courteous. I have gifted many of the products to family and friends and they all love them.

MAGFAST — WOW!!! I used to be the one who said when it gets here I sure hope it’s worth the wait! Oh my goodness gracious Seymour wasn’t exaggerating!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Was it ever worth the wait!!!! Yes, sir I love my deliciously silk Lux Pro cables. I got them in every color; so many choices. I’m having a blast. I love my Database Pro. It runs everything for me: my laptop, my iPad, my speakers. I can put my photos on there from my SD card and watch them all day I can also charge my phone on my Magfast Air Pro. I love the new Air Pro, it is so beautiful and it’s quite a conversation piece too! Friends see it and go what is that and I love explaining it to them. (Lookout Seymour, I may be coming for your job!) My speakers are hooked to the Database Pro while I charge my earphones. I can charge my phone and it’s right there where I need it. My Magfast Power Brick Pro 140 charges every single product that needs charging rapidly and safely! No more is “tech’s getting hot over here” ever heard at my house, thanks to the GAN technology. I can’t say enough good things about Customer Service because they have kept me updated over the last many years with all of the updates. If you watch all the videos they let you know everything you need to know. This week I received not just one, not just two, not just three but four big boxes of the best Magfast products! One box was 22 1/2 pounds I thought they sent me Seymour (chopped him up and just stuck him in the box) couldn’t believe my box was so big with so many wonderful products. I will be a Magfast girl forever. Better get you some you’ll be the envy of the town! Folks will want to borrow/steal especially the cables from you just like that, but that’s OK. There’s more coming out soon. Be sure you get in on the Christmas in July special and watch for your 12/7/2026 shipping date. It’ll be here before you know it. Love me some Magfast. PS Don’t tell my family BUT I have even MORE coming!!

I just received my AirPro’s, luxpro’s, powerbrick pros and database pros (all in some form of chargers) and they all exceeded my expectations!! I have been with Magfast since the very beginning, my first order was in 2021!!
Their products are top quality now! They were then as well, but nothing like they are now. You will be able to see the quality when they arrive at your door! And you see the box!
I’ve been using my AirPro on my nightstand with my Magfast magnetic case on and boy does it work amazingly well! Of course everything is plugged into the power brick. Oh and the lux pro chargers? Charge my computer amazingly fast!
I made the right decision back in 2021 to invest in this company!! They have top quality products!! I will only use Magfast for my phones and computer needs.

There was a a critical failure with their so called unique fingerprint and they refuse to acknowledge what I am asking. Attempt to register my lux cable with the supposedly “unique” 1 year n a trillion code and it tells me Duane O registered my cable. Did they send me a bad cable, a used cable, a refurbished cable? I waited 3 years for them to finally fulfill just a Portionof that order. What’s going on. They keep obfuscating when I ask a clear question. Almost as if they don’t want to admit there is a flaw in their system.

First it took about 8 1/2 months to get my order.

The Lux Pro Rainbow are heavier than the Lux but does charge faster, except the Lux Pro does not charge my Android cell; but the Lux does.

The Powerbrick Pro works well.

Database Pro (has a guide on magfast website)but no video of actually plugging in the items, some people need to see and read. so at this time I have not use.

Now the Air Pro on line showed the black Lux Pro going in & the green Lux Pro going out to the laptop. When I did that I heard a ding from my laptop -it was connected- the battery was at 89% and I was trying to open a page on my laptop but couldnt and within 6 minutes my laptop battery went down to 38%, so I unplug.
Then I tried Air Pro bottom qi to charge my android
cell with the wireless connection(which worked with Gen 1 wireless chargers) so I laid it on the qi and saw on my phone 'charging..' it was at 34% and 5 minutes later I went to check the Air Pro qi was super hot it burn my fingers whe getting my cell and it was hot and the battery was down to 10%.

I contact customer service and they said that I did something wrong... which I didnt; I asked for address to ship back the 2 Air Pros and a refund for them both
Thats when they said that 'I went out of my way to get your order expedited to you,' I told customer service if my order came when promise, that customer service wouldnt have to 'expedite' my item.

They were super busy with a promotion, but still found the time to respond to my inquiry and expedite my order.

I love the Magda’s products. They are very well made, they perform better than advertised and look great too. I have never been disappointed in any of their products. I like them so well I buy extras for gifts for my friends and family. I love them!

I love my MAGFAST charger!! It works great, isn’t too bulky and charges my phone in a jiffy!! Highly recommend!!

I have been with MAGFAST from the beginning. I love there products. They hands down have the worlds best chargers and cables bar none. My recent order consisted of the the Air Pro and Database as well as the Power brick and Lux pro cables (2). The quality and design of the AirPro is superb, I absolutely love it. The Lux pro cables are truly amazing also they are buttery soft and work flawlessly. The power brick is a most have for everyone, as you are able to plug several things to charge at once.

All the products are made to highest standards and quality. There is nothing cheap or flimsy at all. I can’t say enough about MAGFAST and their products. They are here to stay and so are their products, which I believe will out live us all.

I love this company. Genuinely top quality products. It’s all I use for charging now and gift their lux cables and powerbricks to everyone I know. I have an air pro for every room and work. My go to company for charging.

I just love these my cable feels. Very rich and appealing. The way its built, they will last forever. Not like the cables that fall apart. These are certainly worth the cost. I plan to buy more. One for each room.
