Shocking experience and I'd urge everyone to stay away from this brand. The owner is happy to post on socials bragging his luxury new house whilst he scams his customers out of money. I had to spam every social media they have, threaten to open a fraud case and nag incessantly to get an acknowledgement.

My order was dispatched on 28/12/22. It sat saying "waiting for carrier pickup" and never changed. I finally got a response on 09/01/23. They told me on 09/01/2023 that evri was "delayed" and that they use that option for tik tok but not on their main site. I said that it's irrelevant, it doesn't matter where I purchased, I should receive my goods. I was offered a refund, so i said I'd be happy just to receive the products but if its unlikely they'll ever come that I'll take the refund. They just refunded me, no apology or explanation. They made no attempt to look for the parcel or try to locate it.

They clearly delete comments on their socials that are negative but they're going up faster than they can keep up with. The proclduct I did receive was good, but the customer service is so poor and its clear the owner only cares about getting rich, so I won't be lining his scamming pockets any further.

I'm one of the lucky ones. People who's orders went missing in November still don't have goods or refunds. Shocking service and trading standards need to be involved.

I never received my order. I placed my order on 12/12/22. I received tracking but whenever I click on it, there's no updated information letting me know the status of my order. I since went back to the made by mitchell site and it no says that they're not accepting international orders, I wish I would have known that before placing my order and spending my money.

I never received my order and my emails have gone unanswered by the customer service team.
So disappointed!

Extremely dissatisfied as only received 2 out of the 3.
Emailed customer services asking for them to send out the missing product several times but they refused citing that it wouldn’t be here for Christmas.
Replied to say that if it came after Christmas it wouldn’t be a problem as it’s a set.
Still refused.
I don’t want to have to buy the trio again to get the one that was missing.

Finally got the goods! Dhl does not show the up dates but I got my products safe and sound. Love the colour cases! And the blursh ufff!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ love love love! It is the first time I buy, it takes 6 weeks to get deliver to Mexico but It worth the waith! I’m the first One to get Made By Mitchell Cosmetics in my country!

Ordered two products off the website, but only one was delivered.
I’ve emailed customer services twice but had no response!

My order got canceled and I'll probably never order of this company again

I ordered this product 27/10/22 and I have received the shipment email which stated shipment would take place in November. Its now January and I STILL haven't received this product.

MBM products are absolutely amazing!
I’ve heard the negatives about customer service but i can honestly say my experience was spot on. I received the wrong shade of blursh pressed and reached out to customer services who swiftly gave me a full refund (was a factory issue). I have made multiple different orders from MBM on tiktok shop and have been so impressed with all my mystery bags and cases - more on the way hahaha 👏🏼🤩

I got the wrong colour of the blursh 🤦🏼‍♀️🥲 I messaged them a few days ago about it but no response yet. The pressed blursh came the correct colour and is actually life changing, love it so much.

I’ll be honest…I didn’t think that it lived to the hype and I was expecting exactly what all the reviews on tiktok and Instagram were saying. I obviously couldn’t buy all your products to test them out but the products I did buy was disappointing in my eyes. The blushes didn’t last on my face and it wasn’t as pigmented as I thought it will be. I had to keep on reapplying even when I had a setting spray on and also baked.
The packaging was beautiful and bright which is what stands out. Loved how the brushes were protected. Maybe your make up just doesn’t suit my skin type but overall I love looking at how people apply it and it looks amazing on them ♥️

My order was cancelled without any communication about it. I still have no idea what happened. Very disappointed.

Shockingly bad service. Spent £100 seven weeks ago and items still have not arrived.
Have emailed the customer service team four times with not a single response. Am so desperate I have been forced to leave this review. Utter crap service!!

Everything I have literally ordered from mbm has never disappointed me at all. The quality and packaging are just to die for the formula is easy to work with and Every time there is something new in the shop I just have to have it. A little goes along way and that’s all that matters with mbm products. Who ever sees this you’re missing out.

It’s been weeks since I placed my It's been “on its way” since December 9 and it’s now January 7th. There’s no way to track or locate it and I’ve emailed the customer service 3 separate times and haven’t received a response from anyone about anything. The shipping is terrible and there’s no communication what so ever. I can’t recommend this to anyone due to my poor experience and no one seeming to care.

Already sent a review but since you keep sending me reminders will send again ordered 2 items 1 came 1 didn't emailed them twice about it still no reply about 4 weeks now

Worst customer experience ever. I have ordered two cases, one large case with wheels and one normal large case. The large case with wheels has arrived fault - it was a preorder and I had been waiting weeks for it. I have been trying for nearly a month now to contact Made by Mitchell via various platforms - email, their website, Instagram etc. And have been unsuccessful, they are just not replying to me and all I want to do is return the items for a refund as the items are not good quality and faulty. I will wait another week or so then I will have to contact the ombudsman to hopefully resolve this issue.

Very disappointed. Haven’t received my products. Ordered these almost a month ago and have gotten a reply from 2 emails. Poor customer service. The tracking info doesn’t even say shipped, it still just says confirmed. Can’t reach anyone about any updates.
