speedy despatch, very good stock range including hard to find items. My only gripe is no phone line to be able to ask technical details or get a swift resolution in case of issues with delivery. There is a live chat facility though but not quite as useful as a helpline. Seller recommended and would use again.

Bead spinner, 13 days after order no sign and no replies to several emails despite despatch being said same day as order. Finally arrived but was not perfect, have had to “butcher” it a bit to spin smoothly as can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning it, and it was supposed to be a gift, too late. Won’t use this company again

Resolved the above mentioned issue without hesitation.

Replacement product has been delivered two day later, this time packaged in a more protective manner.

Quick Response and Good Quality Product.
First time using this company and was very pleased with the value and quality of the stainless steel tumbling media I purchased. Delivery was quick and the media is well packaged in a sturdy re-usable container.

The first order was good, now frustrated and unchuffed.
The first order went through great with prompt delivery. I put a second order in but this arrived with a couple of missing items, not a great cause for concern as these things can be sorted out quickly.... That is until you try to find a phone number. Really frustrating as the messaging systems don't get a response. They are not in Durham but Hartlepool... HMmm, serves me right for dealing with Monkey Hangers I think.

Regarding your order to Croatia. Unfortunately, when sent economically, it can take more than two weeks. You did not opt to pay for tracking.
I have sent you proof of posting in the form of the Royal Mail label. You are welcome to get in touch with them to confirm it is genuine.
I hope the glass reaches you soon but rest assured, if it does not, you will be offered a replacement or refund.
