Excellent experience! Easy and transparent communication throughout the whole experience! My money was given to me 24 hours after it was accessed by the MacBack team! Quote was fair and overall could not be more satisfied with my experience!

I thought this was a good idea. However when I requested a box to ship my Mac to you during my initial request. I never received one. Then I received an email a few days later from Heather telling me she will work with me through this process. I responded that I needed a box. A few days later I received my box with other shipping labels that were scratched out. It did not leave me with a good feeling. Also when I istarted this process, it had asked me how I would like to be paid. I selected a wire transfer to my bank acccount. No request for my bank information was requested. Needless to say I will not be sending my Mac to them or letting my friends no about them.

Had an easy and pleasant experience. Got my actually amount a little less due to the problem with hard drive. But the quote they give still acceptable than others.

The service was really easy and quick.
They pay for shipping and sent through to me the amount that was quoted.

After doing research, I found them to give the most back for my macbook.
Other places charged around half their quote and you had to pay shipping.

The team was also great to work with and was supportive through out the whole process.

If, I had any other old mac product that I wanted to get rid of I would use them again.

Seriously flawless experience. They couldn't make it easier. Out of 4-5 other sites they gave me the best quote for my iMac. They send the box - you put your computer in and take it to UPS - free of charge. Within 3 days the money was in my paypal account. I'm completely satisfied.

At first, I was sketched out because there weren't many reviews, but I took a shot, and glad I did! They were very quick to personally e-mail me once I put in my quote and led me through the process. They paid way more for my 2011 MacBook Pro than Apple's affiliate was offering and they paid to my PayPal account quickly! To top it off, they sent me a box with a foam cut-out inside to safely ship my computer over to them. Highly recommend them!!

Heather offered excellent customer service with prompt responses. I requested the box and dropped off the computer at UPS with a tracking number. They made payment to my PayPal account on the same day they received my Macbook.

Easy and fast transaction and paid a fair price for my MacBook

I sold my 2013 15" Macbook Pro to Macback, and they gave me the best price out of all the quotes I received from competitors, and also paid within $25 of that quoted price after inspecting my machine.

Not only was it the best payout for my computer, but the people at Macback were great to work with. They were very responsive, accommodating, and polite. They also sent me a shipping box with a pre-paid UPS label, complete with all the padding needed to safely ship my Mac. I went to UPS and they were going to charge me $35 to box & pack my Mac. Instead I saved that money by using Macback's box and shipping material.

I received my money directly deposited into my account about 2 days after confirming that I accepted the price. I would definitely recommend this company for selling your Mac and I will use them again if I need to sell another Macbook.

One thing to note: I was extremely honest in my description of my computer when requesting a quote. My Mac was in pretty good shape and is a newer machine, but there was some wear and tear, which I reported. That's probably one reason why my final selling price matched my quoted price so well.

Quick and easy. Good price on older MacBook

Offered a good price on my old iMac. I graded it as "B" (almost perfect) but was concerned that they would automatically downgrade it to "C" because that seemed to be the case with other companies I've dealt with. They didn't! Everything was easy and their payment to Paypal was quick. I'll use them again in the future.

Best of them All!

I went to two/three other big 'buy back' companies. Both of other two high balled me with offers and then reviewed the Macbook and gave me pennies on the dollar so I had it returned. I found Macback and it was the most straightforward, intuitive and easy process of all. They stayed true to the original offer and handled the transaction remarkably fast. Definitely earned my business.

I applied for my quote, sent back the MacBook using the prepaid label, and had my money deposited into my account within 1 business day of the MacBook being received. Fast and effortless and got a great amount back! Would do business with this company again !
