I really enjoyed working with MacBack! When I purchased a new Mac from Apple, they sent me to a different site to trade in my old MBP. The price was good, but they only offered an Apple Store gift card. When Macback quoted my Mac, they offered $25 more as a cash transfer. They ended up having to reduce the value because some cosmetic damage, but they were very forthcoming about the price change. After opening the quote, I was given a personal representative who handled the whole process and kept me updated on any changes. I received my transfer soon after submitting my bank info with no trouble at all. Absolutely recommend Macback to anyone looking to trade in their old Mac!

I turned in my MacBook Pro retina 15 and my iPhone 6 Plus here, which was sitting for years. I was worried the two items were so expensive and I don't want to ship it to somewhere I don't know. However, it turns out, Macback.us has very fast, and effective shipping and assessment procedures. I am very convinced about their reasoning and offers. With PayPal, I get the real cash quickly. (While Apple Store and many other places only offer gift cards) The only thing I regret is, I should have contacted them earlier.

Very impressed with this company. Firstly they offered me more for my MacBook Pro than any other trade-in/recycle company. It almost seemed too good to be true but then I saw they had many positive reviews so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately impressed with how their customer service quickly reached out to me after I received my first quote. Very friendly and helpful. And the fact that they provide shipping materials like a box and label for free made it so easy for me to package everything up. And to top it all off within 3 days of me sending the Mac they had already received it, tested it, and paid me the amount that had been quoted. Friendly, helpful, swift, and with great integrity is how I would describe this company. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any of my friends!
