Extremely impressed with this service. SO much easier than trying to sell my Mac on eBay or somewhere. Collection was brilliant, very quick and was paid so fast. There was some damage to the charger for my Mac, so was paid less than quoted, but I was contacted about this and given a reviewed quote which I accepted and was paid the same day. All done in less than a week, brilliant.

Entered my bank account incorrectly so I did not receive my payment after trading in my MacBook. I caught the mistake myself and reached out to them to correct their mistake.

I sold my Mac Mini to Macback. The process was seamless. They were very responsive to all my inquires and very patient when it took me an extended period of time to get my Mac to them. I have been selling my Apple devices to various online companies over the years. Gazelle used to be the absolute best outfit to sell your device to as they were very trustworthy, but over the years they have been giving really awful monetary proposals for submitted equipment. I tried MacBack for the very first time when I recently sold my loaded 27" 5k iMac. In general, I would say that they are really great to deal with as far as their customer service and sending out a box to crate whatever you are returning.

I made a huge confusing mistake, but they were so understanding! I love MacBack, they were more than fair with the quote for my old MacBook (circa 2008) that I sent in. When I mistakenly got them mixed up with another company that I sent a different device to, I think I thoroughly confused everyone there, along with myself! But they were so patient with me while representing their company professionally and with integrity. They were always available for communication, replied quickly and went beyond by doing their absolute best to resolve every issue that arose. I couldnt get the laptop to turn on, sent in the wrong charger, it was cosmetically worse off than I had rated it etc. But they found a compatible charger, wiped my machine for me and only reduced my quote by 13$! They are a truly trustworthy organization with a very talented and wonderful team (Heather is amazing!) and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
