Appalling...we drive a large car and get charged as a van on this road...all other roads we are classed as a car...
It's a disgace

Quick and easy.

We were incorrectly billed as the wrong class of car was used and paid more. On our return journey someone seem to get stuck at the barrier despite a green light and barrier up, the sign said not to reverse but no one came to help and some 5 minutes later we finally got going, this is simply not good enough. I also note the card reader is too high if you are driving a low/sports car and it's a real struggle to reach - this needs redesigning and quickly.

Very quick, and exactly what was required.

Twice now I have gone through the toll road and been charged a different price to what is advertised on the board which is difficult to read as you pass it.
Once in a Motorhome that they charged HGV price for and recently in an estate car that they charge as a van!

For same van, a small Peugeot, I was charged £12 on the way south in the morning and £20 in the afternoon. The explanation was the angle of approach to the plaza. What utter rubbish. My company will ban all vehicles from using this toll road from now on.

Disgusting as card never worked then used another card but charged on both of them.
Customer service so poor as could not acknowledge that my car reg was correct.

Too expensive and I didn't want to take the M6 Toll, I wanted the M6.
The sign posting is mis-leading around the Cannock A roads.

I have been sent a fine for a vehicle.that was been transferred to Edinburgh on the back of a transporter . I purchased the vehicle the following day. The vehicle i purchased was a.non runner having been off the road for 4 years

Read their site menu, found relevant info sent message - auto bit then another auto message came in reply; then a personalised human message arrived explained in full next portion of events! Alls cool!

The charge for a single car is just ridiculous now.... I mean, if the road guaranteed say a 30 or 40 minute journey reduction, maybe I'd pull the trigger, but the reality is, Google Maps more often than not shows only a 10 minute saving - and sometimes even none at all! This is on a 4 or 5 hour journey, so I rarely bother with it at all now. They should seriously look at dynamic pricing imho, might earn
more!

Inconsistent charges raging from £10 to £22 single journey. Standard reply saying the higher charges are correct and no way of appealing. We have a 7 seater not a HGV!
