I have just received my Monaco Corner Sofa Set and it’s FABULOUS!! The texture of the cushions, the quality of the rattan and the entire process from order to delivery has been flawless. Perfect customer service
The bench was delivered flatpack but was damaged. Rattan replaced it with a fully assembled bench witin the hour!!

I’m sorry that you have experienced these problems with your order and your family gathering was affected.
We are Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd, and we don’t have an order for yourselves, it is possible that your order was placed with another company of a similar name, maybe Luxury Rattan.
We are a small family business and pride ourselves on good responsive customer service. Our phone lines are always open and we do respond quickly to any email communication.
If you could please check which company you ordered from, and remove this review, I will also contact Trust Pilot to ask for this review to be removed as this isn’t in relation to us.
If we can help in any way with replacement furniture please let me know. All our items are in stock and available for immediate delivery.

Great range of garden furniture in their large showroom..
Having trawled the internet for a couple of rattan garden sofas we came across Luxury Rattan Direct and, amazingly, they were only a few miles away. Most garden sofas (with cushions) come in sets but in their large showroom they had just what we wanted. The sofas are not only good quality but match our existing garden furniture really well. The lady we dealt with was really helpful and arranged for the sofas to be delivered the following morning. When one of the cushions was the wrong size she had no hesitation in bringing a whole new set over herself. Great service!

Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd were very good. There was no pressure selling and the service was good. Our tables and chairs were delivered the next day. We have assembled one of the sets and we are very pleased with the product.

I ordered a coffee table over 3 weeks ago from this place, money came out the bank and I didn’t receive a confirmation email or anything , contacted customer support to be told they couldn’t find any existing orders and was spoke to in such a rude , unprofessional manner even had someone tell me there was nothing they could do and refuse to refund “as they can’t find the order” and put the phone down on me had to contact my bank to get the money refunded, not even so much as an apology, absolutely disgusting never dealt with anything like it , the level of unprofessionalism from their customer support staff was truly shocking avoid like the plague!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you have received poor service - and find this lack of customer service totally unacceptable.
However - you have placed your review on Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd, based in Bamber Bridge Preston, and this is not the company with whom you have placed your order.
We have not sold any coffee tables individually, which is why I know that this wasn't purchased from us, we are a small family run business, my name is Donna and I am the person that you would have spoken to if you called us.
We do have outdoor rattan coffee tables available and in stock for immediate delivery, if this is what you require please contact me and I will ensure you are dealt with in a courteous and professional manner.
Rattan Direct, Luxury Rattan and Luxury Rattan Direct are all different companies, with unfortunately very similar names, I am sure that there are others too.
I regularly am contacted by customers who are unable to get through to the company from which they purchased their rattan. I always explain this to them.
I am very sorry that you have been treated in this way, but I need to be clear that this poor review is incorrectly listed under Luxury Rattan Direct Ltd.

Great customer service from Tony and suras sorting my table base out as it wasn’t very sturdy. We was missing a couple of bits and they fixed it within half hour no problems at all, prepared and ready to do the job. Really lovely guys.
