I did a lot of research before purchasing our new garden furniture, and this company consistently stood out. As they're only around 45 minutes away, we decided to visit the showroom to see the furniture in person.

We were warmly welcomed by Donna, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all of our questions. She offered helpful advice without any pressure, making the whole experience enjoyable.

We purchased a full patio set with a large parasol, but explained that our patio was still being built, so we weren't ready for delivery. Donna reassured us that this wasn't a problem and simply asked us to give her a few days' notice when we were ready. She was true to her word and did everything she could to accommodate our preferred delivery date.

By the time we arrived home, we had already received a thank-you email along with confirmation of our order. Once our patio was completed, I contacted Donna, and arranging delivery was quick and straightforward.

The furniture arrived as agreed, and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Everything is exceptionally well made, sturdy, and looks fantastic. The protective covers are also excellent quality and give us confidence that the furniture will stay in great condition.

From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding, and the quality of the products has exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be returning to Donna when we're ready to add more to our patio area.

I ordered a Santa Dona Sun Lounger online. The delivery process was great. But when I unpacked the lounger it had been poorly assembled by the supplier. The moveable head rest part was not aligned properly due to the hinges being poorly installed. (Some screws were either broken or missing). This meant that the head rest had a large gap on one side and rubbed against the frame on the other side. For £350.00 I expected better quality.
I complained and was told by a Director that "This was how all of the loungers were made and that a replacement would be exactly the same!!!".
She then said that I could return the lounger "at my
own expense", for a refund.
This would cost me approx. £160.00. She refused to arrange to collect the item via her own Delivery Company.
I do not feel that this is the appropriate level of Customer Service expected by this company to its clients.
So please be aware that if you are dissatisfied with an item purchased online from this company (like a large 6ft lounger), you will have to pay for your own delivery costs to receive your refund.
Apparently this is in their terms and conditions!!. Which of course we all read when ordering items online.

Great showroom experience, prompt delivery and excellent product

I am utterly delighted with my experience of the service provided by Luxury Rattan. I had been looking for outdoor furniture for a while and was finding it difficult to come to a conclusion. That’s where we found Luxury Rattan’s showroom perfect for being able to sit down and test the entire range in their showroom. It helps you figure out what you do and don’t want from your requirements. Don’t be deceived by the small showroom as you enter the building, there are many more displays to see upstairs. And in the end there were almost too many to choose from.
Once the decision was made, the folks at Luxury Rattan treated us with professionalism and courtesy. There was absolutely no pressure whilst in the showroom and the after-sale service has been excellent. They delivered right when they said they would and the delivery team were friendly, thorough and extremely helpful. The timing of the delivery helped transform our outdoor space sooner than we had anticipated, before we’d actually finished the project. Now we’re thoroughly enjoying the sunshine in comfort.
A great experience from start to finish and I highly recommend Luxury Rattan.

Everything was so easy ! Visiting the huge warehouse with so many displays. A quick promised delivery date that arrived even quicker. Calls made were always answered (even when poor Donna was actually on a sun lounger abroad on holiday). Now that’s customer service going above and beyond . Love the furniture folks ! Thanks so much

So glad I heard about this company. The choice available in the vast showroom was amazing. Once we decided, we were able to choose a delivery date and Donna and her husband delivered our garden set personally. I was kept in the delivery loop at every stage. Really excellent prices and service. Would highly recommend.

The showroom is wonderful, on two floors with practically every type of rattan garden furniture you could imagine. We wasted a lot of time visiting garden centres and couldn’t find anything comfortable or the right size or shape but we found what we were looking for immediately here. Delivery only took two days and the furniture was quickly assembled by Donna and Colin.

Visited the showroom following family recommendation. The wide choice was excellent and we found a Kettler set that we liked. No pressure selling as we left to think about it and look at another local garden furniture shop.
We went back the next day to LRD and purchased the set. Quick delivery from Colin and Donna.
Very pleased with purchase, would definitely recommend this company.

We visited the site and was welcomed straight away we was left to browse around and when we had chosen our product the service was second to none, we had our furniture built and delivered to our caravan over in Milnethorpe the service was excellent and we would advise anyone to visit there as the service was exceptional and the quality of the furniture is excellent Well done 👏

We found a great selection at reasonable prices and Donna spent time discussing our needs, showing us alternatives. Our furniture was then delivered and set up in the garden on the same day we ordered it, making the whole experience excellent.

Before purchasing new garden furniture, I wanted to see and test out the seating. Luxury Rattan Direct was the perfect place to explore a variety of furniture sets. Donna and Colin were incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised that they could deliver on the same day. Overall, I was very satisfied and thrilled that I chose Luxury Rattan Direct.

After talking to Donna on the phone with ref to Rattan furniture and her asking me to send some photos over to her to see if they could help.
I went over to their showrooms in Bamber Bridge. Donna was so very helpful in every way and I purchased a Rattan corner piece of furniture with a table. Also purchased a Cosi gas controled light which for me set the whole thing off.
A few days later both Donna and Colin delivered and assembled the furniture at mine in the evening. Nothing was too much for them. A really friendly and helpful couple.
I would have no hesitation in recommending both themselves and their company to anyone.

We were not sure what we wanted but the staff in the store gave us some good advice and we ended up buying a very nice rattan table and chairs. Delivery service is excellent, the quality of the furniture is superb and it is very reasonably priced. Much cheaper than other garden furniture shops we visited for the same furniture. 10/10.

Ordered 8 seater oval set. Delivered and set up by Donna and Colin, all cardboard removed. So helpful and friendly. Cannot fault them.

On moving to a new home, I recently purchased 2 recliner chairs with footstools and a small table and a 2 seater sofa set with 2 chairs and a coffee table for my back garden/pergola. I am so pleased with the choice and colour which matches the decor.
The furniture appears sturdy and is very comfortable with the thick, high quality inclusive cushions and at a reasonable price. My furniture was delivered, unpacked and assembled free of charge. I had 5 star treatment from visiting the showroom to having the furniture delivered. Communication was excellent keeping me informed re: delivery. I was so thrilled that I am still adding things, LED parasol and cushion storage box.
