So pleased with the quality of the products we bought. Was apprehensive buying such an expensive bedding set online so unable to see the quality but haven’t been disappointed. The bedding set is absolutely top quality, looks fantastic, haven’t washed it yet but am sure it’ll be fine. Thank you.

The quality is very substandard. The sheets were rough and like sleeping on sandpaper, despite being advised they were 1000tc Egyptian cotton. The set also looks cheap. A very expensive waste of money given the look, and that the sheets had to be removed after one night as they were so scratchy.
If there was a 0 star option then I would definitely choose that due to the extremely poor quality.

Good quality - the cotton is super soft, washes well and the colours are so vibrant. Good communication on delivery, overall very pleased.

I bought this set I just got it today I bought it for my birthday mayday and I am truly visually please every detail is the most up high-end quality of stitching rotary professional very high-end I feel like royalty I'm definitely going to insist that some of my friends my sister they're going to be ordering stuff and you all have given me the most outstanding delivery service out of any other company that I ordered something from and didn't have me keep looking in my phone wondering where is the product that they got instantly paid for you guys are outstanding thank you you definitely got me as a customer one more thing I made a last minute request cuz I noticed I made a mistake and you are corrected the instantly that's what I mean by service it's almost like I walked in the store and paid for everything and walked out in terms of delivery thank you I am so pleased

So far so good, I have received it very quickly and immediately decided to try it on the bed. It’s stunning. I have not washed it yet however the lady in chat reminded me the care guide which is appreciated. Thank you

Decided to give it a go after seeing multiple ads on Facebook and IG . Super luxurious bedding, I love the embroidery, really delighted.

They sent me the wrong size ( I ordered UK king size as it’s a UK king size bed, I informed them of this and they replied that they had sent the right size . They recommended ‘ feel free to measure your bed’.
What a joke !
The bedding has no size or manufacture labels , just washing instructions and mentions Egyptian cotton but no thread count and country of origin.
A total joke !
I’ve asked for a return address so watch this space. The return address is China, so if you encounter any problems this is where you will have to return the bedding. In terms and conditions for returns it only says the warehouse of origin.
I notice my review has been flagged by Luxurier, they are very quick on Trustpilot but don’t reply to customers, enough said.
I was only offered options if I withdrew my review, not an ethical approach.

This duvet cover set looks beautiful and it’s very well made.

Bedding arrived today beautifully packed.
The colour a bit darker grey than I thought but still very pleased 😀
I can only give my honest review of the customer service re purchasing which was excellent answered all my questions !

I ordered a bedding and even texted the company for the details and I was completely lied to. The bedding came and it lacked quality in various ways. Then when I went to return it I found out that it was shipped from china. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR WHILST PURCHASE. When I contacted the company about returns they said it was the buyers responsibility to ship and return. It costs about £130 for that. THIS IS A CLEAR FLAW IN THE COMPANY .
It needs to be fixed . Poor quality and poor return coverage I don’t know what I will do now and hope that luxurier will get back to me through this review

Items arrived promptly. Additionally, the company contacted me to check if I had any questions prior to the items arriving. I thought this showed how the customer service team would go that extra mile to provide a special service. When the items arrived they again emailed me to check everything was good. I ordered the 10 items king size. They looked amazing online, the photos made the bedding look amazing, Amost to good to be true. However, the bedding truly is amazing. I think no matter how beautiful your bedroom is this bedding will compliment it. Anyway, thank you for everything I'm extremely pleased with the purchase and service, absolutely brilliant thank you

My bedding from here is absolutely stunning, the look the feel the quality is 100% worth every penny, the company have been brilliant dealing with a very small issue, I can’t recommend then highly enough. Would definitely buy again.

Ordered some bedding from a Facebook ad at a cost of £231.20 then after a delayed delivery I found out this was from china. ( I would never have made this order if I had known it was from china) this is hidden from you when the purchase is made.
Bedding is ok but nowhere near the quality as described or worth the money paid.
This is going to be costly to return and a headache as they are based in china.
Trading standards informed.
So be warned people and do not purchase from this company.

arrived in very smart parcel, I took it upstairs to see what it looked llike on the bed .WOW !!!, so very happy to see such work gone into the whole thing.Praise to the company for a great standard.
