It's always a pleasure working with you guys. The process of making your products is seamless. Custom products sometimes can take a bit of time so thanks for your patience. We were very pleased with the final result of the pendant which we created alongside you. Thank you for trusting us to do this work.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, sent multiple emails all have been ignored. I sent back my ring weeks ago as it was turning my finger green they said they be happy to resolve the issue but no surprise I’ve had no refund OR replacement ring. Never purchasing from them again. Save your money or shop elsewhere 👎 UPDATE: (also they only replied about the issue AFTER receiving a bad review so you can tell from that what they really care about and it’s not the customers ) 14/4/2023

Hello Shauna,
Sorry to hear about your experience. We have been communicating with you via email and you have stated that you sent the item back to us via DPD so we can have a look at the issue. Unfortunately, you didn’t provide us with a reference number and we haven’t received the item back yet. We can still resolve this issue for you. We have contacted you via email to help resolve this issue and I’m sure we will.

Hey Gavin,
Thanks for trusting us to do your custom product. It was really nice to work with you to create your amazing pendant. We're so glad you loved the product as much as we did.

What a joke
I bought a bangle bracelet from them. I’m not gonna lie, it was the worst piece of ” jewelry ” that I have ever seen. Stay away from this website. All the designs are stolen, all the bracelets cost 1-3$ on alibaba.

Hello Rebecca,
Sorry to hear about this. We spoke to you throughout the returns process and ironed out all the issues. We agreed together how we can rectify this issue and you seemed very pleased with our service and turnaround time. I hope you can reflect this in the review as I’m sure 1-star isn’t a true reflection of how we dealt with you.
Nevertheless, we will take this on board and work on this and really do hope to see you again. 🙂

Stunning and elegant pendants
I recently purchased a few pendants from Luxy Jewels and I am beyond impressed! The craftsmanship and attention to detail is truly amazing. The pendants are not only stunning but also very elegant, making them perfect for any occasion. The quality of the materials used is exceptional, and they look even better in person than they do in the pictures. The customer service was also top-notch, with a very helpful and friendly team that made the purchasing experience a breeze. I highly recommend Luxy Jewels pendants to anyone who wants to add a touch of class and sophistication to their jewelry collection. Five stars all around!
