Bought this mattress after having purchased a Tempur mattress for over £1600. The Tempur was awful. Luxe have given me exactly what I wanted - a firm, memory foam mattress where you don't sink into the middle and feels soft.
Very happy with customer service, communication and short delivery time (five days). Delivery man was very polite.

I ordered a mattress and old mattress removal in which the website claimed next day delivery, after 3-4 days I contacted Luxe as I had heard nothing since the automated message confirming my order. At this point they said that they don’t deliver to offshore islands and would have to send via a local courier, this was not communicated to me even though Luxe had an email address and mobile phone number so they could have emailed, text, called or sent a message via their website messaging.
It was 10 days after ordering that a local company finally contacted me about delivery, I asked them about the mattress removal and they don’t provide that service. So I had to contact Luxe via the website messaging again. At this point they did offer a partial refund due to the difficulties we have had. Customer service are great if you contact them, they are reactive not proactive, I don’t believe I would have received any communication throughout this process if I had not contacted them. The product itself (Tencel 1000 mattress) was perfect, arrived in good order and the mattress is very comfortable.

Ordered a new mattress from Luxe as I wanted to buy something that was British made. As part of the order I wanted my old mattress taken away and the new mattress put upstairs in my bedroom. For these extras I had to pay more. The problem I have is the poor communication with this company. I received an email on 17th August at 7.30pm to say my item would be delivered between 7-8am the following day. There was also a list of instructions about the removal of my old mattress. I was to take my king size mattress down the stairs for collection and it MUST be in a plastic mattress bag! This had not been mentioned anywhere in any correspondence or on their website. Where did they think I would get said item at 7.30pm and how the hell would I manage to put the bed in it? When the couriers called to say what time they would finally be arriving, I had several timescales given, I told them the issue with the plastic cover and they said we can’t take it then. I told them not to bother delivering the mattress and I’d get a refund but he said we could work something out. On arrival there were two couriers but one stayed by the van whilst the other one took one end of the mattress. I said you had better get you mate to help you as it’s really heavy and I’m not helping you as I got it downstairs. They didn’t appear to know that I had paid for the mattress to be taken upstairs either so neither were very happy. I did try calling the company but there was no answer so I sent an email requesting a call. The email response came back as, currently closed office hours 9-6 which seemed strange as the email was sent at 9.06am. Probably working from home and still having their breakfast.

I had a very positive experience with Lux Mattresses, especially thanks to Roman, who was consistently helpful, and easy to communicate with. He always called me back when I couldn't reach him, and replied promptly to my WhatsApp messages and questions. I'm very happy with the mattress itself. I chose the extra firm option and it's fantastic. My backache has disappeared. The only disappointment was the delivery service. They first went to the wrong house, and when they came, they seemed annoyed as if it were my mistake (Roman gave them my correct address). They were supposed to take the old mattress first, but they left the new one in the hall and then removed the old one. I also don't agree with the extra fee just to bring the mattress inside. I live on the ground floor, so it wasn't difficult, but his attitude was unfriendly. The mattress itself is excellent, though I did notice a small stitching defect with a loose thread where some of the stitching appears to have come undone. That doesn't affect my overall satisfaction, but it's something they might want to improve. Overall, I'd highly recommend Lux Mattresses & Beds because of the excellent product and Roman's very good customer service. He made my buying experience easy, reassuring, and fast. I hope the company improves its delivery service to match the same standard.

I ordered majestic 9000, I have been trying to find the hard mattress for years to be honest I tried from dreams, bensons but this one is really good quality and that’s the most hard mattress I ever found it uk.

Amazing service and delivery was on time, and product looks exclusive but yet be to used.

Clearly a scam, we bought from this site after seeing the reviews and what looked to be good quality mattresses..however, there was hardly any communication regarding delivery/processing of the order. We then received contact that it was going to be delivered on wednesday and we would receive a call on tuesday to tell us the delivery time.
We received no call for delivery timeslot and the mattress has not been delivered. My partner took a day off of work for this mattress so the lack of communication is ridiculous, we have tried contacting via phone, WhatsApp, email, contact form yet still nothing. If this is not resolved ASAP we will be going to trading standards regarding the company.

The delivery was smooth, the team was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the product which helped a lot to understand how to manage it and if I need any helpful advise on the days ahead with the mattress. I had a great experience receiving this mattress.

Five stars to the actual delivery guys. Shame that they were sent to deliver the mattress nine days earlier than I had carefully scheduled for.

Seven hours AFTER delivery, Luxe sent me an email telling me to "carefully open the plastic packaging along the seam" or else a cleaning fee might apply to any eventual return. That sounds like a flawed system with clear beneficiaries.

Delivery was on time and the gentleman herpes me put the mattress up satire without any extra cost
