I love that Luxe Mattress uses a survey after you choose your mattress—it really helps ensure you get the right fit for your body. Even though the first mattress I received was slightly too hard for my liking, the customer service was unmatched.
Roman took care of everything immediately. He got a replacement delivered in the same week with absolutely no extra charge. They swapped them out seamlessly, just checking the first mattress to ensure it wasn't stained or damaged before taking it back. If you want top-notch quality, service, and customer satisfaction, ask for Roman!

Ahmer was very helpful in the delivery but the company did not inform me in advance of the delivery and it came as a surprise. the plastic bag I ordered was missing for the old mattress pickup as well.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID
I was not given any updates for my mattress being delivered then I was contacted while I was away for the weekend advising the mattress would be left at my front door all weekend! After three phone calls it was agreed that we could arrange for another date. After one week I heard nothing and was informed that my mattress had been delivered so I had to go through the whole process again and advise it had not. Finally we arranged delivery, it is not the mattress I ordered! I have emailed four times, called twice and tried live chat, only to be ignored by all channels. So now I have the wrong mattress and nobody will speak or acknowledge me.

my friend and I both bought mattresses from this company, making 2 separate orders. not only did they mix up the 2 orders, and get one of the mattresses completely wrong, they didn't communicate with the delivery company that we had paid for room of choice delivery so we had to drag 2 mattresses up to the 1st floor.

trying to exchange the incorrect mattress was another whole ordeal. i had to keep contacting them for information on whether the exchange had been processed and when i would receive my mattress. i spent 4 days over 2 weeks waiting at home for a mattress that wasn't actually on the way with no actual information.

the agent i spoke to, roman, promised delivery on saturday 22nd and nothing arrived. when i raised the complaint on monday, i was told at 7pm that the delivery was scheduled the next day, which left me no opportunity to find someone to be in the house to receive it. when i asked for it to be any day from thursday onwards (which is when i could get someone to be there) i was told that i was being an inconvenience and how i would be charged for requesting a specific day. I DID NOT REQUEST A SPECIFIC DAY! i felt so uncomfortable after the whole conversation. he told me that he did his best and that since i wasn't being compliant, i would need to email the manager myself to get the mattress delivered (which he then revoked and stated the mattress would be delivered on saturday 29th). i had to chase the time frame multiples times throughout the day on friday and was told it would arrive between 8am and 12 noon. which it didn't.

when i called luxe, i was told they were struggling to get in contact with the delivery driver and then called back to say the van broke down (this was 5pm).. after many calls to ask where they were, i kept being given excuses of "the van is too tall for rotherhithe tunnel, we're not from the area" .. it arrived at 10pm with calls throughout the day promising "we'll be there in 20 minutes". yet again, no communication between luxe and the delivery company which is why i had to keep written evidence regarding delivery and collection from the room of choice.

to make matters worse, the new mattress was also not the right order! terrible experience, i'd rather take my losses and buy another mattress from elsewhere, i'd never recommend this company to anyone. unbelievably unprofessional, so rude, so incompetent.

Bought this mattress after having purchased a Tempur mattress for over £1600. The Tempur was awful. Luxe have given me exactly what I wanted - a firm, memory foam mattress where you don't sink into the middle and feels soft.
Very happy with customer service, communication and short delivery time (five days). Delivery man was very polite.
