Excellent Service
I telephoned Omega shop in the Arcade and talked to Travis, he made the experience of buying an Omega Speedmaster very easy. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the watch and made the purchase very enjoyable.

Lovely experience
Lovely experience, really professional and friendly. I felt like this was a standard purchase but they made it feel really special. I was going in to collect something I purchased online but they didn’t just hand it over, they sat down and took the time to show the product and make sure I was comfortable with it. Would definitely go back and have been actively looking for my next purchase from Lunns.

Highly recommend
Went to Lunns yesterday with my husband to purchase a special ring. What a lovely warm & memorable experience. High quality jewellers are often stuffy & intimidating but not this one. From the lovely doorman to delightful & patient Amber we were treated so beautifully. Came away with a georgous ring & happy memories of the time choosing it. Did I mention the chocs & a glass of champagne?

Impeccable Customer Service
Visited their Victoria Square store in June 2025 to have a watch bracelet sized. Despite having bought the watch elsewhere, I wanted to take it to be sized by the best in Belfast. Upon walking into the store I was greeted immediately and shown to a consultation area and even offered a coffee. The job was done free of charge in a few minutes. The level of service made a great impression on me, especially as I had not even been a paying customer and as a younger person dressed very casually I was treated as if I were there spending thousands. My high expectations of Lunns were indeed met. When the time comes I will be back.

Fantastic customer service
From being in store, to speaking over the phone the customer service was fantastic. Compared to other Jewellers in Belfast City Centre Lunn's are levels above the rest. My wife loves her new ring and to top it off I was given an unexpected voucher to go towards a new watch. Thank you very much

Dreadful communication. Ignores customer enquiries.
I sent an enquiry email to the concierge email address stated on the Lunn's website. After two days there was no response; not even an acknowledgment of receipt of said email. I then tried the WhatsApp contact method advertised on their website. A response was sent with no apology for having completely ignored my previous email. Seriously poor level of first contact "customer service". I'll take my business elsewhere.
