As this item is a surprise gift, we cannot yet comment on the watch itself, however, as soon as the online purchase was made, we received quick communication from the jewellers, which made us feel confident in the purchase. It was delivered with care and beautifully gift wrapped. We are looking forward to gifting this to our son for his 21st birthday and hope the quality of the watch matches the experience so far. Judith Hart Jeweller's 'I Would like to say the staff are very professional 'so helpful in everything they do.Every product is of very good quality. My Seiko Astron Watch needed looking at and they dealt with it. After a few days it was fixed .And no charge'wonderful people. ITS A GREAT THANK YOU FROM ME.
