I used Luna Statics to sell my caravan. Really helpful and offered me the best price for it and I had been to numerous traders. Could not recommend them enough. The price offered was the price paid not like other traders. Would use them again if needed.

Hi Helen,
Thank you so much for such a strong recommendation.
I’m really pleased we were able to offer you the best price after you’d already spoken with several other traders. Just as importantly, if we agree a figure, that’s the figure we intend to pay. Nobody wants last-minute surprises when they’re selling their caravan.
Thanks again for choosing Luna Statics, Helen. We’d be very happy to help again if you ever needed us in the future.

Good old fashioned customer service many thanks
Extremely good communications during the sale of my caravan with a fare price received. If only Haven had been so efficient the process would likely have been less stressful and most certainly a lot quicker. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Lunastatics whose professionalism shone through during what was a very easy and pleasing transaction.

Professional and responsive
I found Luna statics to be a very professional and responsive service. I was not put under any pressure to make a decision at a time when the holiday park company was creating pressure by insisting they had a right to buy (they didn’t). Importantly, I received the money I was promised.

We never want anyone to feel pressured into making a decision, especially when there may already be pressure coming from elsewhere. Our job is to explain the options clearly, be honest about the position and let the seller decide what works best for them.
I’m really pleased everything was handled professionally and that payment was made exactly as promised.

My experience of dealing with the sale…Delighted to have found Luna Statics.
My experience of dealing with the sale of my static caravan had been worse than awful until Steve and Maxine from Luna Statics came along. They have been positive, helpful and supportive. They also found a buyer for my caravan when I had given up on that. Later hiccups on my part didn’t derail them. We’ve been delighted to have found them. They have restored my trust in human nature.
